Buttoning jeans that sit above prominent hip bones, Evaline saw everything in a wispy haze once more. Life seamed pointless.
Her messy black hair grazed her shoulders as she ran her fingers through the hair that swung in front of her face. She put on large round glasses over round eyes and large nose. Lovesick and sad, she stared into the mirror. Her life had fallen to pieces. Though she lived in an apartment she and her boyfriend could afford, she still felt hopeless.
Looking at her thin frame, she felt lost. Like she left herself somewhere else.
"Eva?" A voice and a knock emitted from the door.
"Yeah?"
"You hungry?" It called once ore.
"Yeah."
The door creaked open and Troye came in with a plate with scrambled eggs and a piece of toast on it.
"Thank you."
"No problem."
"Love you."
"Love you too."
