Prologue
It was in 2019 when the United States government received the most controversial elected representative from the election in 2018. This representative in the House in his first term passed massive legislation that shaped the nation for years. He got a bill passed, through intelligent scheming, called the END Act. It created an elite military force with absolute authority over America. Their only commandments were the US Constitution unless the Senate, House and President could unanimously agree on a command. The Representative was named Director over the branch, he called them, Enclave. No one in the world knew what was about to happen. This Representative who would later become the Emperor of Enclave, the nation, schemed his way to obtain power. You see the future Emperor faked an assassination attempt to frame his opposition and their violent supporters. A scar was left going down his left eye, his vision remained fine. Once the assassination attempt made the news, his election was sealed and subsequently all future laws passed had his hand guiding it. In 2020 the Terra-form act was passed and the construction of domed cities in the desert parts of the United States, the ocean floor in the Gulf of Mexico and the Moon began. Enclave was able to gain complete control of the moon through a deal with the Nation’s leaders that each country would be able to send their people to be citizens of the new Nation, called Enclave. By the year 2035 all these domed cities were built and new fauna was grown to create a self-sustaining environment. In 2040, the Representative separated from his nation and assumed the mantle of Emperor of Enclave which governed Hullez, the great Lunar city, Neo-Atlantis, the underwater city in the Gulf and Gaia, the city in the desert of the USA. Over the next three decades there is great peace and prosperity between Enclave and the nations of the world. It isn’t until 2076 that trouble begins to brew.
