Missy Chin and the Murderous Honeymoon
"It’s good so far "
Excellent sequel
"Having stumbled onto Gerald Heys first novel 'Take a Bow Missy Chin' and enjoyed it thoroughly; feeling by the end of the book that the two main protagonists were not just characters, but people I knew well and would certainly miss as the last page turned, I was delighted to find that a sequel was on the way! This second book, from what I have read, is every bit as good as the first, if not better. Gerald Heys writes with good pace and dialogue that flows very naturally. His attention to detail is excellent and sets the scene wonderfully without weighing the story down or loosing the pace that makes this story such an effortless read. Just like his first novel you get a real sense of being in the story as the plot unfolds with the added enjoyment of reading a book that has been written by someone who really understands writing. The characters are sharp, witty and dry, reflecting an author who is obviously well read but delivers this intelligence and wealth of knowledge unobtrusively in a subtle, engaging and often very amusing way. I cant wait to find out what happens next, more Chapters please Gerald!"
