"Its been a long time since Ive read a good book or novel.. but I found this book very amazing. It very compelling stuff. As John set out to write some sort of a story. The 1st chapter. Is only the beginning of Jobe Warbuton .. as John invites you to rhe life of Liverpool in 18000. How you feel the connextion with the people in this novel is someting that keep you in this book. Not only are they are interesting.. but it like you already you know them. Cos i felt they werent just book characters. That just needed to be in the book. But they have a good detail and good entrance as they appear .. as you are guesing .. or just having instincts of who that person may bbe. The time line of the Liverpool life of places is outstanding.. you feel that you are there. As you visit the huge land marks. Or areas of Liverpool. Yoy do feel as tho your learning or just revisiting. John Thompson is a liverpool legend . "
