A Wonderful Novel
"'Belote Asylum' was an outstanding mystery novel. Firstly, I loved the atmosphere of the metaphorically unclean asylum, the lives of it's patients, all their inner problems and the "roosters". All of that gave a wider image of the place. Also the bits of poetry were amazing too. This book had a well flowing writing style, I and I liked, how it distinguished Patient Y's mocking tone and sarcasm, also how it jumped between timelines so fluently. This just caused me to conjur up my own theories of what was happening, and who were Patient Y and Patient Q. (until I got to the ending) besides that I loved, how the two timelines gradually melted together nearibg the finale. That was a pleasure to intake and one wild ride. Along with the descriptions of horrors, that the characters (especially Patient Y) had been through. In the end, I have to say, that up until now I have rarely ever spotted such a realistic, and sarcastic writing style, it's really unique and to me it's inspirational. Although on another note, the punctuation could be improved in some places. In the end, this was an enjoyable novel. Thank you, author, for sharing this work. A truly memorable read. ❤"
