Summary

What happens when Y/N an international student at Seoul institute of the arts is caught between her Best friend, Crush and the guy who promised to help her get him? Jimin looked at me wide eyed, for the first time in ages I couldn't tell what he was thinking. "Hah!" he exclaimed finally breaking the silence "you're fucking hilarious (Y/N), why would you think Jungkook would date someone like you?" In that moment I felt my heart sink into my stomach my hopes crushed by my very own best friend... "He's dating the best dancer in the school, why are you going out of your way to humiliate yourself?" he continued his voice cold and hard, his face was blank as if he was unaware of my reaction...did he not notice? or does he just not care? "I-I..wha-you-" every word broken I couldn't speak without any words I turned and left the apartment...

Chapter 1

This is my first time writing anything so I hope it’s not too bad lol...

Anyways you and your family have moved to Seoul as your fathers company sent him out there to open a new franchise of their ever expanding company. You have been enlisted at the Seoul institute of the arts as you have a passion for Dance!

Its your very first day and you’re excited to meet your new roommate and make friends...

“(Y/N)!” your mothers agitated voice travelled from the bottom of the stairs, she had already made breakfast and decided to pack your bag full of anything you could possibly need during the day. “Crap! I can’t be late on my first day” you whispered grabbing your towel and racing to the shower your suitcase had already been dropped to your dorm so all that was left was to get there and get settled in.

“Hello, welcome to Seoul institute of the arts” A member of staff stood at the entrance frantically handing out leaflets to the vast crowds of teenagers; “Thank you” you smiled gently noticing the stressed expression on her face, she gave a quick nod before returning to her role ensuring that each student is made aware of today’s plans as 5000 students would need to be housed, given their schedule, and introduced to the members of staff in which they would spend the next 4 years of their life with.

Everything was so different from home a little more organised but chaotic at the same time the modern interior was clean and stylish, you reach out to run your hand over a painting when you felt a gentle yet firm grip stop you. “Ehem you can’t touch the art” the confident boy teased “Can’t you read” he smirks as he points to the notice written in hangul below “O-Oh I am not fluent in Korean, mianhaeyo” you stuttered using one of the very few words in your vocabulary, “Aaaaw, well then being in Korea you might need a friend who is fluent to help you out then?” Realising that you had been to shy to make eye contact you slowly lifted your head to actually see the person offering to be your first friend. Your cheeks tinted a soft red shocked at how handsome he was. You opened your mouth as if you were going to speak but then shut it quickly “okayy” he chimed a little awkwardly your speechlessness throwing him off a little; “I’m Park Jimin, you are?” Frozen you simply stared blankly at him not realising that no sound was coming out of your mouth “I’m (Y/N)” you sighed unable to hide your disappointment towards your sudden behaviour. He pretended as if he didn’t notice smiling as he gently pulled you along to sit with him and his friends “We’ve all known each other since high school” he casually explains as he caught you staring at each of the members one by one.

“Attention please!! we are now going to assign you to your rooms please listen carefully or else you’ll end up getting lost!”
