Foreword

My dear Readers,

This is my very first school series book and it was an inspiration from Enid Blyton's school series novellas. I have always been a big fan of the author and I believe that her books were the source of most of my imagination.

Now, having said that, the entire series is based on my own experiences back in school. All the characters are in one way or another linked to the characteristics of all my friends and classmates. Hence, the co-education school and the little romance; the story is, after all, set in the contemporary times. So, please, fans of Enid Blyton, do not criticise my book just because you thought it would be like a fanfiction, because it is not. I am me, not Enid Blyton. Plus, I cannot be as brilliant as the great English author. She is not to be rivalled, it seems. She is one of a kind, to say the least.

In fact, I do not think that my story should be compared to any of hers... the manner of narration, perhaps, but the story is greatly differing. Her stories are a hundred levels above any of mine, any day.

On that note, I would like to conclude this foreword and allow you to read the story.

Yours sincerely,

The Author
