Chapter 1
People always ask me,
“Why do you love the rain?”
Rain,
clear crystalline droplets that will soon burst into tiny specks of water.
What’s so great about them?
As an introvert, I’ll just smile and tell them that it reminds me of someone special.
“Depression bites into my flesh and never lets me go...” was that old, boring quote that keeps on playing in my head.
I just wanted to leave this world so badly...
However,
at the brink of my death,
a ray of light entered my life and illuminated the darkness that once surrounded me.
It was HIM...
When my legs were failing,
he was the one who gave me his hand.
Lifting me up and lending me his shoulder,
he became my one and only hope.
Although all of my doubts were now cleared,
there’s still this one question left in my mind:
A second chance is now given to me...
which path shall I take?
