Healing His Demons

You still miss her, don't you?"I said in a stern tone.

He slapped me fiercely on face from the back of his hand .

There was a cut mark on corner of my lips and blood was oozing out .I touched the wound from my fingers and felt the pain.

" Now, say one more word and you would be death of me " he yelled with his dreadful eyes burning in anger .

He turned his back to me to control his exasperation and cluched his fist soo tightly that his knuckles literally became whitish. .

"you still love her.." I said with a straight face .

In a quick pace, he stormed towards me and knocked down the air from my throat by ghastly clutching his hands around my neck.

"For the God's sake shut up your fucking nonsense, dammit .How many times did I told you that I fucking don't care.... I fucking don't care about her ." While shaking my body he bellowed in frustration

His eyes were fuming red in his warmth ,mine were brimming with tears

My lungs were struggling to breath.

I chocked due to absence of air .

Then he released and pulled me closer to him by holding my nape .

" why are you testing my patience, Misha .It won't lead you anywhere. My scars has entrapped the pain within me soo deeply that it can't ever be escaped . The hate is buried deep down in my heart and it can't be drived out . I found peace in my hate as unlike love, it keeps me in reality. " he said in a defeated tone breathing hardly. His eyes were displaying his broken soul.

" Stop lying , Neil . Deep down from heart you know very well that you are using this hate to escape from your own happiness . I can see the pure love behind your fake facades of hate. Why aren't you accepting it ? It's better to accept than to escape "I said in a high piched tone.

He passed a sarcastic smile than gently rubbed his finger on the corner of my lower lip where blood was oozing out.

I hissed in pain.

"See this.... this is hate"

He showed his finger with my blood on it, to me

" There is only hate within me and it will consume you ,too. Don't let yourself burn in my agony ."

I cupped his cheeks in my palms and looked straight in his painful eyes. Then wiped out the left out tear from corner of his eyes .

"Now, see this"

I showed my finger with his tear on it, to him.

" this is the love behind your facades of hate which you tried your best to hide , but didn't succeed "

" Stop trying Misha, you would be left ,devastated , again. " He pleaded.

"I have nothing with me to left devastated for, but I will fetch you out of devastation. I promise, I will

Heal your demons. "

Welcome to all of you. Finally ,I started writing my first book on Inkiit , and the experience is so overwhelming.

I hope you liked the excerpt. Please, ignore the grammatical as its my first try in writing so I am not pro in it, but will try by best to improve.
