Summer and Winter: Scene 1. Forest.
Summer: Why are we here again?
Winter: To find my phone. I’m pretty sure I left it here somewhere…
Summer: In the middle of Fuji Forest?
Winter: Don’t ask.
Summer: *sigh* It’s getting dark now. I can’t see anything. Can I go now?
Winter: Stop whining already. I got a flashlight on me-
*Flashlight suddenly turns off.*
Summer and Winter: …
Winter: Darn, I was sure I put in newly charged batteries…
Summer: Now what? It’s cold, late, and so freaking dark-
Winter: No worries! I got another flashlight- *rummages in pocket*... *soft laugh* - that I left at the dorms.
Summer: Great. I can’t even see you. Why did I ever agree with you to go look for something right at the middle of midnight? Can I leave now? Please?
Winter: Fine! I guess I’ll have to use my last resort! *sighs* Why am I even best friends with someone as boring as you?
*Winter rummages in her pockets again. She took out something*.
Summer: What is that? A stick?
*Crack*
*Suddenly, a soft glow enveloped over them.*
Summer: …?
Winter: Stop giving me that look. It’s the glow stick I got back at Misha’s birthday party. It’s a shame I have to use it now…
Summer: *smacks head* Why- why are you like this?
Winter: Okay! I get it! Just stop complaining like this! I know how much you liked glow sticks back in kindergarten! You want to hold one too, don’t you?
Summer: Not really…
Winter: Fine! Just wait! I’ll look in my pockets again for another glow stick! I know how much you loved the green ones! *rummages in pocket*... *pauses* Oops.
Summer: What?
Winter: Um…
Summer: Just tell me already, you stupid idiot.
Winter: Tee hee… I found my phone. It was in my left pocket the whole entire time…
Summer: *silent for five seconds*... I- I- I just can’t even, like right now.
