“Lee Somin!”

I turn my head to see Shownu running towards me.

I gave him a questioning look as I watch him run down the hallway with people looking at him.

“huh?”

He stopped one meter away from me. His hands resting on his knee bending 90 degrees like he’s saying ‘hello’, panting.

“Here, I got you these daises”

Grabbing the bundle of daisies from his back, shoving it into my face making me smell it.

“Oh, daisies. Wah, they smell so nice. They look expensive, where did you get these?”

“Oh, just from a flower shop near here. Ah, no. The flowers were pretty cheap because they were on sale and I thought of you when I saw it so I was like ‘hey, why not get them for Somin since she likes flowers’ so yeah.”

Scratching his neck since he was flustered but I thought it was cute so I gave him a tight hug, but not too tight, in return as a thank you.

"Aw, you shouldn't have. Thank you so much for these pretty daisies. I'll make sure to take good care of them."'

He nodded and smiled so I nodded and smiled back.

I walked away smiling while holding and smelling the pretty daisies.

"What a good way to start the day".
