An Epic tale of loss, heartache, redemption and finally peace
"This was a great tale, the summary led me to believe it was going to start out as something else, but that didn't diminish from the story. It had everything in its pages, love, loss, pain, heartache, redemption and true love. The female lead suffered through things that I wouldn't on an enemy and yet bore it with grace, class and perseverence. There were times when good characters died that, at the time, I thought it was a wrong move...but upon reflection it was their time to go. You can only suffer so much loss and heartache through the actions of misogynistic men until your will breaks and you need to move on. The only odd thing in this story was the lack of conviction amongst the Alphas of the packs. The werewolf race as a whole started suffering tragic deaths among their women and yet even when a reason was found there were those that disregarded the evidence and kept on down the wrong path. It's bizarre that a race that worships a female deity won't treat their women better. This tale was a little long, over 100 chapters, and while I believe it could have been cut down a bit...there were things that needed time to unravel on its own without being rushed. Once the solution to the issue is found the story picks up a bit and the story ends well. I highly enjoyed the story and the characters throughout, that all received a happy ending of their own...which was a nice touch. It ends in a way you really can't see coming, there were also a couple of misdirects in the story that caught me off guard...but I enjoyed them nonetheless. I recommend giving this a read, if you enjoy shifter tales then you will appreciate this one. "

"Love love love this story! Was sad when Vivian died. But so glad Eve survived. Mitch's behavior was some unexpected plot twist! Was hoping Adam was Eve's mate, as he seemed like a really good person. Snake deserved another chance at love and glad they found Mia. And love love Meghan and Abbadon!"
