Chapter 1
CHAPTER # 1
There lived triplet sisters in New Jersey named Amara, Sarah and Kiara. When they were born their parents were very happy however due to some complications their mother lost the ability to bare child in future. But their parents didn’t mind as they had 3 bundles of joy in their arms. Amara, Sarah and Kiara were identical physically except their eyes. Amara had pale blue eyes, Sarah had violet eyes and Kiara had silver grey eyes. Their eyes could held anyone captive to their immense beauty. Their personalities were entirely different irrespective of their same ages.
Amara was elder by 2 min but she acted like an elder sister by 10 years. She took care of her sisters like they are her daughters since she was a child herself.
Sarah was given to her aunt Elizabeth. Their father Philip gave one of his daughters, Sarah to his sister Elizabeth as she couldn’t bear any child. But soon Elizabeth’s husband died and Elizabeth was given death sentence as she had confessed killing her husband. Sarah was 12 at that time. After Elizabeth got arrested Sarah returned to her family but she wasn’t the same cheerful Sarah anymore. She was traumatized. Amara as her elder sister became her pillar. She helped her to return to her old cheerful self.
Kiara was autistic but for Amara and Sarah she is an angel as she is very innocent. Their parents loved their three daughters more than anything but they died in a car crash when the three girls were eighteen.
Amara was there to provide her sisters the love and care they need. She is their elder sister providing them motherly love and care.
When Amara was 19 years old she embraced Islam as her only religion. Dressed in a simple peach trouser, printed shirt and pink dupatta(long scarf), she stood at front door of their home revealing her sisters about her new identity. She said that she was okay if they didn’t accepted her as a Muslim. She didn’t want to cause any trouble to them. She will always be there for them whenever they would need her.she will always be their guarding angel. But the next moment she was hugged by her sisters who dragged her inside.
Sarah said that if Amara could accept her and love her even though she is complete opposite to Amara. She wear short dresses, likes to party and goes to famous clubs unlike Amara who had always been conservative nice girl, even when she was christian, she was religious and didn’t liked to show her skin. However her sister Sarah had no jeans or pants in her entire wardrobe. If Amara can accept her and love her sister Sarah who is complete opposite to her then why cant Sarah do the same?
Kiara said that Amara accepted her and loved her after knowing she is autistic. When kids used make fun of Amara as the sister of a retard, Amara stood against all of them for her sister Kiara. When people suggested their parents tat they should send Kiara to special schools for autistic kids, Amara though only 6 years old told her parents that the people are right Kiara is not normal like them. She is an angel. She can’t lie, she can’t deceive, she can’t hurt anyone like all these normal people. She volunteered to share all her knowledge that she learned from school with Kiara. She will hide and protect her sister from the evils of the world always.
Lets see what Amara had to say about her sisters? What she thinks about them?
Writer: Amara hi. How are you?
Amara: I am good. You know that well.
Writer: exactly, well could you share some of your thoughts with my readers about your special bond with your sisters? What you know about them? What are your thoughts about them?
Amara: umm........lets start with Sarah. She had been away from us for 12 years but still the distance couldn’t break our bond or even put a dent into it. I and Kiara would eagerly wait for our sister to visit us during vacations, holidays. We would write letters to each other. We still have those letters. They are our beautiful memories. But when she returned to her own family she was very depressed. She was awfully quiet, it scared us. One night I heard her sniffling in her room. I hugged her tight to me soon Kiara joined us too. Kiara always slept with me holding my hand. When Sarah used to visit us she would also sleep with us. It’s a triplet thing. We have been sharing space since we were in our mother’s womb. Even now we sleep in our big bed in our living room. We have separate rooms in our house where we kept or things and clothes but there are no beds in our rooms. We sleep cuddled together with Sarah on my right side and Kiara on my left side.
Sarah is really aggressive. She is a bulldozer when she is angry. But at the same time she is so innocent. She doesn’t plan before she acts. She is really impulsive. She can’t understand schemes of other people. She is really emotional. She feels her emotions and acts on them without thinking. She will cry seeing a kid crying in the mall without knowing why the kid is crying. But I have always been with her and I always will.
Thank God I am sensible and could see through people’s deception, schemes and planning. Whenever Sarah would get angry I would just hug her to calm her down. It’s the triplet effect. Only I and Kiara could calm her down by just hugging her then I would make her understand the situation and she would listen to me like a cute curious kid.
Then comes our little princess Kiara. She is pure and innocent. I and Sarah really care about her. She is the apple of our eyes. She brings purity, innocence and cuteness in our life. She cant talk to strangers but in home she is a chatter box with me and Sarah. The world doesn’t her pure and beautiful voice. It’s only a gift for both of us to cherish.
I love my sisters more than my life. I can do anything for them. They are my strength. They are the only reason that I am alive now otherwise I would have died that day that changed me and my life forever.
My sisters didn’t mind that I changed my religion. They accepted me because they love me a lot like I do. Even during Ramzan, the Holy month in which as a Muslim I fast for whole month, they won’t eat or drink in my presence. During my first Ramzan after becoming Muslim, they didn’t eat or drink while I was on my fast and even tried to cook iftar for me. I prohibited them from doing it.
I am doing it as a Muslim. It’s a part of my belief and prayer, I am doing it for Allah but they are doing it for me which is not good.
I don’t want them starving themselves because I am on fast. Sarah can’t cook and we don’t let Kiara cook. But still it didn’t stop them from cooking iftar for me though it was sightly overcooked,....umm........slightly burned but it was cooked with so much love which is the most important ingredient in a perfect tasty dish.
