Chapter 1
"Give it back!" I growl at my idiotic brother who decided to steal my phone
"Nope!" He said back before laughing. We continued to run around the whole pack house until we run into our father
"You guys are 20! Act like it!" My dad growled at us. My dad then proceeded to grab my phone and crush it
"Dad! I payed money for that!" I whine
"Then maybe you should not of done that!" My dad said, a bit more calmly now.
See, My mom died when I was born.. or something and ever since then my dad has been.. salty. But he's worse with the pack.. Good thing my brother is becoming alpha in a couple of days.
'Astrid, come to my office' My dad says through mindlike. What did my brother do now?
I walk up the many stairs to his office.. Of course it's at the top floor. I walk done the long hall. Once I find his office, I just barge in, Not even thinking about knocking.
"Hello, Astrid" My father says
"Hi. Am I in trouble?" I ask, since that's usually the only reason my dad asks me to go to his office for
"No.. But I have something you need to do" He says
"Like.. what?" I ask slowly
"I need you to find out about this alpha" My father says as he hands me a sheet of paper with the alpha king on it. Does he want me to die?! If the alpha king finds out i'm trying to find information about him, I'm dead!
Killian's P.O.V
I answer the phone that has been constantly ringing for atleast 2 minutes. Must be important. I put the phone to my ear to hear Lazarus on the other side.
"Alpha? Is it ok if my daughter stays with your pack for a little while? She's in.. danger" Lazarus says, Sounds like a lie but i'll just let her come, then i'll kill her or some shit.
"Sure, yeah. When's she coming?" I ask sounding disinterested.
"Well, Is it Ok if she comes tomorrow?" He asks
"Sure"
