Hi everyone, just a quick warning before reading this story. This story is meant for mature audiences, there will be swearing, there will be smut.

The lead charachter is a very sexual person, add a yummy alpha male to the list and you get some hot stuff.

I’m not going to say that you can’t read this if your 13 (since I was reading smut at 13 as well... oops). Just don’t complain about it when it happens please. This is the only warning I will put in the story since I personally don’t like it when I’m reading a story and I see all the warnings.

Werewolves are very instinct driven (there wolves, wolves = animal, animal = instincts) this includes food, territory and mating.

“Marc, please make sure that you finish all those tickets in your que before going home. Otherwise we won’t be able to reach those targets for today.” I ask the grumpy guy in front of the pc. All I get is a nod but I don’t mind, I know my team members and I know that Marc is just very focused right now... as he should be , seeing as he’s been slacking of for most of the day.

Sighing I go to my own computer, I still need to finish some reports and schedule the monthly one to one meetings for my team members. After that I have to make plans for new incentives in order to motivate my members in order to increase the amount of tickets that get handled a day, without losing service quality. Before starting I check the time. Still 2 more hours before I’m done working for today, I should be able to manage that... If nothing else happens of course.

With fingers flying across the keyboard I get lost in my own mind. I still need to transfer some money to save the children, I finally saved enough money to make a good donation. I try to donate to different charities on a regular basis, because why only support one cause when there are so many issues in the world? Thinking about this makes my mind go to one of my acquaintances Marie. She recently broke up with her boyfriend and now she’s acting like her whole world crashed down. Don’t get me wrong, I know that break ups are hard but honestly, if that is her only issue, she has nothing to complain about. There are people that don’t have any money, don’t have houses and she’s crying for a dude she’s dated for about 5 months.

The sudden vibration of my phone makes me pause typing for a second. With a quick glance I see that it’s Jace again. I’ve slept with him a couple of times and now he seems to think that we’re a thing... making me drop contact completely. He was a nice guy and he was good in bed, but I just don’t feel like starting a relationship right now. Most people would tell him that or at least talk to him. I know I should do that, but I just don’t feel like it to be honest. It’s t much trouble and drama.

Finally, I’m able to finish the report and send it to the senior manager. Quickly I switch the screen to y schedule, the schedules of my team and begin planning there one to ones.

After about an hour I managed to plan all of them and add them to their schedules. With a quick glance at the clock I can see that I still have a half hour left to make plans for the incentives. Opening a new document, I begin typing the goal of the incentive. “Working hard?” Jumping slightly, I look to my left and see one of my fellow managers named Andrew stand beside me. “Trying to... what’s up?” I say with a smile towards him. Chuckling he takes an empty chair and sits beside me. “You know that some big shot is coming to the floor in a few weeks, right?” He asks, making me hum in acknowledgement. “Well the thing is, I’ll be off the week before that, and I wanted to ask you to keep an eye on my team when I’m off. I have my point of contact but he doesn’t have access to everything so if you could help him when he needs it, that would be greatly appreciated.” “That should be fine, tell her that if she has questions or needs any help, she can come to me.” I tell him, nodding my head a bit. Smiling he stands up from his chair. “Great thanks! Will you be in the pub tonight?” He asks me while leaning on the back of the chair he’s been sitting on. His question makes me pause for a minute before shooting him a coy smile. “Probably not, you know I like to keep my work life and personal life separated.” My answer makes him shake his head before walking away to his own team.

Sighing I see that it’s time to shut everything off and go home... for about two hours. I will have enough time to eat a quick meal, get myself ready for the night out before Brenna, Aileen, Ellen, Macey and Marie will be in front of my door to pick me up. We will be going to Filthy McNasty’s to get some predrinks before going to the club next to it, unless there is good company in the pub of course.

Not going to lie, I’m a bit bumped that Marie will be joining us. I don’t feel like dealing with her drama tonight... I’ll make sure that she notices this before she comes whining to me.

Three hours later We’re finally in the pub and I already got a proper scolding from Aileen for being a bitch to Marie. Scoffing I down the drink in my hand before leaving my group that are gathered around the drama queen at the moment. I don’t get why Marie is not doing the same thing, a rebound is the best way to get over a break up!

Spotting a handsome guy at the bar I wiggle my bra a bit (have to make sure that the puppies are in the good place) before strutting to the handsome blonde at the bar. Standing behind him I lean slightly forward, trying to order a new drink. While doing this, I feel my body touch his. Immediately the guy turns his head, giving me a curious look, at this I give him an ‘innocent’ smile, making him smirk at me.

Oh yes, I wouldn’t change this lifestyle for the world.

So, this chapter was main goal was to interduce Lainey and her show the way she thinks.

She is an Aquarius. I choose to base my character on this sign because there just so... contradicting I guess?
