Liza Losing Her Way

Liza’s POV:

It’s been two weeks since my mom overdosed and died, two weeks since I moved, selling her house, it was still on the market, the voices got worse, I was beginning to wake up in strange places at home, today I woke up and I was in the bathtub, my head was pounding, an empty bottle of tequila sat on the edge of the tub, I groaned and got up. I climbed out of the bathtub sighing, I started the shower and brought the empty bottle down to the trash, I had no idea what happened last night, but it appears I drank a whole bottle of tequila, I go back upstairs, shower and put on jeans and a hoodie it was chilly today, March was like the end of winter, I grabbed my dance bag, shoving my yoga shorts and a tank top in it, along with bottles of water, my iPod, the plug for it, a towel and my purse. I grabbed my keys, locked up the house, got in my car, started it and drove to the dance studio.

I parked, got out, locked my car up, walked to the front door and unlocked it going inside. I turned the lights on and headed to my office, the studio would be open in an hour, I had to make a list of the songs for the different classes today, each class was learning a different routine for the upcoming competition, last year we won first place. I changed real quickly into my dance stuff, set the iPod up and headed back to my office to work on the song list, after a half hour I had each classes song written down

I posted the list on the door of my office, so each class could see what we were working on every day until we competed. About 10 minutes later the first class started arriving, once all students were here, I placed How It Go on repeat, and we began to work on the routine for that song, the first two hours flew by, after that class left I started setting up for the next class which was set to arrive in a half hour, once I had it all set, the next class started coming in, once all was there we began our routine for Remember This, those two hours flew by as well, leaving me to set up for the class after lunch time, then I headed out to meet Mara and Morgan at our favorite cafe for lunch.

“Liza!!” Morgan called out to me as I walked into the cafe.

I walked towards my best friends, who had no idea what I dealt with, neither did my brother, they might call 911 for a psych eval, I smiled at them,

“Mar & Mor!!!!!” I said as I hugged them.

I sit down next to Mara, “How’s classes?” Mara asks.

“They are good flew by today, the kids are trying and they are slowly getting the routines down, I still have 3 more classes today,” I reply.

“Damn girl! You’re so successful with this studio, I’m proud to call you my best friend!” Mara says.

“I second that!” Morgan says.

I smile at my best friends as a waiter comes over and takes our orders, then leaves to put them in, after 5 minutes our stuff is ready and the waiter returns placing our food in front of us, we thank him. Then we eat lunch, drink our coffees, pay the bill then part ways, I head back to the studio, where some of the kids are early, I unlock the doors and let them in, we wait for the rest of the class to arrive then begin the routine for OMG, it flies by, I set up for the next class, when they arrive and are settled we begin the next routine for Home With You, that class flies by, leaving the last class of the night to arrive, which is a group of girls and guys ages 17-19, I teach the younger kids on Mondays and Wednesdays only all day. When the last class arrives and is settled we begin our routine for Havana. Once class is over and all are gone, I clean up the studio lock it up and head home. I make dinner once I’m home, eat, then go change into PJs, that’s when all hell breaks loose in my head,

Yo Liza let’s go time to cut!

Fuck off Lenna not happening!

Oh it will weather you want to or not bitch!

Just shut the fuck up!

That’s when all hell broke loose in my head, the voices took over and I walked to the bathroom, grabbed a razor and cut my wrists good, blood dripping onto the floor and onto my clothes. When I became me again, I felt all the pain, I grabbed the first aid kit I owned filled with medical supplies, I bandage up my wrists good, change into different clothes, and decide I need to get fresh air. I grab my phone and put it in my jeans pocket, I leave my house in a tank top not caring how cold it was out, I start to walk it’s about midnight too, and I always loved midnight walks.

Isaac’s POV:

I had just completed what I normal do, kill people, I got rid of the body and evidence, grabbing a few joints and a lighter, I head out locking up my house, I get in my car and drive it about 10 minutes away from my house, then get out. I begin to walk as I light up a joint, I take a long drag off it, inhaling it, then exhaling it, after a few minutes of walking I notice a girl, alone, in a tank top, jeans and her wrists bandaged up, I watch her for a few moments before she falls to the ground, I run over to her, kneeling down, I see blood seeping through the bandages, I pick her up bridal style and walk her to my car, unlocking it I put her in, buckling her seatbelt and getting in I start my car and drive to my house, looking at her from the corner of my eyes, she fades in and out, I watch her eyes roll into her head, I wondered what the fuck happened and why she was bleeding and out in the middle of the freezing night. Is she fucking stupid? Does she have something wrong with her? Did she hurt herself or did someone do it to her?

I parked in my driveway and got out, I walked to her side, unbuckled her seatbelt and picked her up, bringing her into my house, I laid her on my bed and unwrapped her bandages I grabbed my medical supplies and began to stitch her wrists up, after I finished I noticed some old scars, I sighed, this girl must have something wrong with her, it seems that she does this often to herself. I left her be, covering her up and shutting the light off to my room, I left my door open and headed to the living room and lit a joint, smoked it then went to bed for the night.
