Chapter 1
“I can take you home tonight if you can’t get ahold of your mom,” I said to my manager, and he nodded.
“Thanks, I’ll see if my mom answers if not then I know she fell asleep,” He said, and I nodded, and we parted to get back to our jobs.
“OK well looks like she’s asleep thanks for the ride tonight,” He said, and I nodded.
“No problem,” I said, and he nodded, and we began closing up the store.
“Alright, Bye Kayla” Curtis yelled as we walked out.
We got to my truck, and Curtis pushed me against the truck crashing his lips on mine.
“MM Stop Kayla...is gonna….see,” I said between kisses.
“Ugh, I’m so tired of hiding,” He said resting his head on mine, and I nodded.
“I’ll be a manager in a year…” I said trying to lighten the mood.
“Yeah…” He said and walked over to the other side of the truck to get in, and I groan and get in.
I drove him home.
“Come in,” He said, and I looked at the time and nodded.
“OK but I’m not going to do anything,” I said, and he laughed and nodded, and I turned off the truck.
“Hey mom,” he said as we walked in.
“Hey, honey...Hi Madi” She said, and I smiled and said Hi back.
I’ll tell you the story about our relationship, so he’s my manager I fell for him the first time I looked at him...We work at Fazolis it’s fast food Italian. And a Manager and Employee dating is looked down upon a lot. And we both like our jobs, So we have to keep it quiet we’ve been secretly dating for four months now. We only really get to see each other when I take him home, so our excuse is his mom fell asleep, and I take him home since he doesn’t have a car...Pretty sneaky right haha.
We got to his room and fumbled around clumsily taking off our clothes between kisses. When he got his pants off leaving his boxers he stopped and held my face while kissing me passionately, and I rested my hands on his wrists, and we rested our foreheads on each other, and I looked him in the eyes.
“Would you be mad if I didn’t want to have sex tonight?” I asked, and he smiled.
“I was gonna ask the same thing,” He said, and I smiled and started to walk to his bed.
“Nice ass though,” He said, and I laughed and covered my butt with my hands and sat on his bed and looked over his sheets finding a pair of my underwear.
“Wow, I just need to move in at this rate,” I said, and he sat down next to me.
“So why don’t you,” He said, I looked at him and laughed shaking my head and realized that he wasn’t playing.
“Wait you’re serious?” I asked, and he nodded.
“Yeah, my mom loves you I don’t see why not,” he said laying down on his bed and I get on top of him straddling him.“You know this is how things get started” He said flipping me over, so he was on top.
“Yeah I know,” I said, and he kissed me running his hand over my skin making me shiver, and my breath got deep.
“Babe,” I said, and he smiled, kissed me and got off me.
“Think about it,” He said and wrapped his arms around me.
“Do you work tomorrow?” I asked, and he nodded.
“Me too,” I said, and he groaned.
“Are you closing?” he asked, and I nodded, and he groaned again.
“You know how hard it is to close with you?” He asked, and I nodded.
“Yeah same for me too but we can’t control the scheduling that’s Angie and Stephanie,” I said, and he nodded.
“I know,” He said, and we sat in silence for a few seconds.
“It’s just hard...Seeing you and not being able to kiss you...touch you the way I want to” He started to run his fingers along my arm and began kissing my neck which made me moan.
“Stop I’m tired we got stormed in the drive-through,” I said, and he laughed.
“So did front and food,” He said stopping and getting up.
“Where are you going?” I asked sitting up.
“Nowhere,” He said and turned the corner I crossed my arms and pouted.
A couple of minutes later he came in with food. And I dropped my mouth.
“UH RUDE,” I said, and he laughed and wiggled his eyebrows. “Give me some,” I said grabbing which he moved out of the way.
“Nope,” He said, and I pouted, and he began teasing me.“AWe poor girl doesn’t have food, but I do” He began moving it around my face and nose.
“Give me a bite,” I asked, and he shook his head.
“Call me daddy and you can,” He said wiggling his eyebrows again, and my mouth drops “Why?” I asked. “Cause I said so or else you don’t get a bite,” He said sitting next to me.
“I don’t even know what it is...What is it?” I asked looking at it.
“A grilled cheese sandwich,” He said, and I gasped.
“You know that’s my favorite” I whine, and he giggled.
“FINE,” He said, and I laughed.
“Thank you,” I said taking a Giant bite almost finishing it, and his jaw dropped.“BBBaaaabbbeee now I have to go make a new one!” He said fake stomping off.
You are probably wondering what time it is, Well we got out of the store around 10:40 and now it’s 11:30 and we have to go into work at 9 in the morning...Kill me...Not really.
My phone started Vibrating, and I answer it.
“Hello?” I answer
“Hey Madi It’s Grandma I was wondering if you were coming home or staying at Curtis’s tonight?” she asked knowing the answer just being a worried grandmother.
“Yes, Grandma I’m staying at Curtis’s tonight and probably will be the rest of the week so don’t worry about me ok?” I told her, and she hummed on the other end.
“Grandma...ok?” I asked making sure.
“Oh alright I guess,” She said, and I got mad and Hung up.
Curtis came back with two sandwiches one for me and one for him, and we just sat there eating our sandwiches and talking about nonsense till we ended up cuddling and falling asleep.
