Rain『Section 1』
“Sent”.
I leaned back into soft pillows scattered around my bed, and sighed. I had finally sent in my resume to my dream company.
Invenico Inc.
The best thing life could give me was probably a job at this office. Filled with innovative ideas for new designs and business practices, my life would be complete if I got accepted. Hoping my hard work would pay off, I rolled off the bed and went to get my finished coffee. Walking down the stairs, the scent of freshly dripped coffee filled my nose.
I hummed a comforting melody while pouring the creamer into the decoction. Mixing in sugar, I took a sip of the sweet liquid.
I gazed out the window to see the drops of clear water sliding down the mesh, making soft pattering sounds. The sky was filled with a sheen of grey clouds and the trees swayed from side to side from the gusts of winds.
I really need that job.
