Chapter 1 make a wish
Emily’s p.o.v.
laying down on a blanket staring up at the night sky watching the shooting stars go by. “make a wish sweetheart” said mother. I thought very hard then I made my wish. “i wish to be popular” I whispered. Squeezing my eyes shut and opening them. “ I know that wish is never going to come true” I thought. My mother looked at me and smiled. “did you make a wish sweetheart?” asked my mother. I nodded and continue to stare up at the night sky. It was beautiful I always loved looking up at the night sky with my mother. I always found the stars fascinating and very pretty. I always got teased and made front of because I was fascinated by everything. Geek that’s what they would call me, well that’s just what the popular kids in school would call me. everyone seemed to respect them and it always seemed like everyone worshiped the ground they walked on. and I just wanted a taste of what that would be like. That’s why I wished to be popular even if it was just for a day that would make me happy. I never thought that my wish would actually come true until one day when my life changed.
the next day
the next morning I woke up took a shower got dressed and brushed my teeth. I did my hair then walked down stairs and got something to eat in the kitchen for breakfast. I grabbed my backpack and my car keys and headed out the door. I threw my backpack in the back seat of my Ferrari portofino convertible. I got in the driver seat and headed off to school. When I got there I parked my car grabbed my back pack from the back seat and locked my car. i walked inside and headed straight to class. i sat down in my seat and looked up at the front of the room where the teacher was writing things on the whiteboard. i took out my notebook and pencil and took notes as the teacher lectured. if you thought high school was hard think again because college is a lot harder believe me i know. college makes high school look easy to be honest.
Lucas p.o.v.
as i watched her walk passed my i couldn't help but to think " well well well there goes that geek". so me and my buddy's followed her. then we stepped in front of her. which made her stop in her tracks. "well well well where do you think your going geek?" i asked. she looked at me and said "i was just going to head home that's all". i rolled my eyes and backed her up into a corner where she was now trapped. and surrounded by me and my buddy's. i could see the fear in her eyes and the fact she was shaking like a leaf too. my buddy's where chanting "fight fight fight!". i pushed her and she instantly fell on her butt, i grabbed her by her shirt. "come om geek aren't you going to fight back" i asked. she was so scared she began to cry and i hated to see a girl cry. "lets go she's not worth our time" i said. as i started waling away my buddy's disided to finish the job for me. "i said lets go!" i shouted. but they didn't listen to me.
Emily's p.o.v.
i was so scared and frozen in fear i couldn't move. they where beating the crap out of me. i tried to move but they where pining me down so i couldn't move. i could hear Luca yelling at his friend's telling them that i'm just a waste of their time and that they should leave. but his friend's where not listening to him. so he came over grabbed them and banged their heads together. "didn't you guys hear me? i said lets go" Luca said. they rubbed the sides of their heads and followed him. i stood up brushed off the dirt and walked to my car and got inside. then threw my backpack in the back seat. then started the car and drove off. i turned on the radio to help calm my nerves. my favorite song started playing on the radio so i jammed along with it. when i got home i pulled in the driveway and parked the car. and waited for "don't wait" by joey graceffa to finish playing before i turned off the car. i got out of the car and walked up to my hose only to find..........
