"Terrificly unique novel, for this genre. The author's ability to pull at the reader's emotions is enviable. The main character's and their development is very, very good. However, I think it's the suspense & difficulty in seeing the forward path of the novel that is rare and quite outstanding. A fabulously immersive read. Can't wait to see what follows, am at around the mid point of this novel currently, I think.. I am holding on to hope for Heath & Killian in particular, but also Valerie's journey of self discovery.."
