Tempted By My Boss

At the age of Nineteen, Hailey was done with studying at Harvard as she had started school when she was very young. To add to it all, she never went out much so that she could focus on her grades, and overall it was not her thing.

Her life hadn’t been the greatest but this was going to change. She was very determined from an early age to have a better life and that was within her grasp. Only she could change everything for the better. She had just lacked the resources and the funds to make that happen.

Many guys pursued her but she was not interested. Her main priority was books and her life pretty much revolved around them. Hailey had never dated much because of her fixation on her schoolwork.

She always dreamed about making it big in life and this was going to be my breakthrough hopefully and was very nervous as today there was going to be a very big opportunity.

She got to the front desk and “Morning, I’m Hailey Hartfield.”

“We have been expecting you” the girl with the blonde hair responded with a name tag that read Clara.

Hailey was led to an office and they told her to wait for the boss. The office was really huge and it exuded an aurora of wealth. Which she too wanted someday for herself.

Today was her first day as an assistant if she got the job that would let her work up to being CEO of her own company. Now she was waiting in a big office to meet the so-called boss.

She prayed that this would not be a competition among-st many of us on who would impress the boss. She wanted to make a good first impression, and sat up straight, wanting to look confident.

She took a deep breath reminding herself that she should not be phased and meek.

Suddenly Hailey was drawn out of her thoughts as some guy who was wearing a black tailored tux came in. His hair was simply flawless and his eyes were like the sky on a sunny day which complemented his dark hair. He looked like he was twenty-seven or thirty at the latest.

His scent drew her in all the more......
