aqua fate

she is aqua...like a floating river, something you can not control. she's the one who can teach you how to live a life not survive ... but somehow her fate has other choices for her, something that even she couldn't able to control, that took all her choices away, something that left her with nothing but survive her life.

Aqua Brent..she has her perfect Asian features. her black hairs and big black eyes with perfect olive skin makes her unique in the room full of attractive people. she's not really attractive but you can not resist her positive and full of life aura.

aqua is half Indian and half British, her Indian genes comes from her mother Anita Brent, who is a teacher at same high school as aqua at summer fall high school.and her British genes comes from her father Quade Brent, who is a computer engineer at British computer society.

aqua lives with her mother in summer falls. a small town in the country side, anita and quade are separate since aqua's birth. but for her's sake they were together but after some time her father stopped visiting her even on her birthdays. you can not hide everything from your kids...somehow aqua knows every thing about her family. she never saw her father at her PTA like other students fathers, not seeing her father at her achievements makes her really sad. but thats not it, life has much more sorrow for her to face.

not being with her father is nothing compares to not being with her mother... the whole world started spinning around her when she heard her mother talking to their family doctor.

"yes, i understand. i'll be there. just don't send the reports at home. i'll meet you at hospital after school"

aqua heard her mother's voice when she's in the hallway coming out of her room for breakfast. now she's worried, who's reports mom is talking about.

"what happen mommy; who's in the hospital"

"nothing honey, just a regular checkup report" she told aqua in a worrying tone, wondering if she heard anything.

now aqua is a bit worried, why's mommy lying to me... 1- Dr. Abby always send the reports at home by herself, she's a fast friend of mom and dad, okay not dad's anymore. after daddy left us, Abby never talked to him. *rolling eyes* come to the point ; and 2- our reports are already here, so definitely mom is lying, but why. is she sick?

aqua eats her breakfast thinking and make her way out for school. her school is just 3 km away from home or should we say five songs away. she loves american authors; i mean what not to love, they're just awesome.

when she reached at school, she saw her best friend standing there waiting for her. Jenna cooper,the Blondie with blue eyes and a perfect body. the one and only person who's been with her since kindergarten. she still remember her first day with Jenna, when she forgot her stationary at home and she's too shy to ask for a pencil to anyone at class. then Jenna comes out from thin air with her extra pencil. from that day aqua consider Jenna as her guardian angel because she saved aqua from humiliations so many time since that day. after her mother Jenna is the only person who is close to aqua.

at lunch time aqua trying to find her mother so she headed to her classroom, where she spent her lunch time alone everyday but.....nope, she wasn't there and she wasn't even at canteen today. maybe in the teachers room. when she was moving to the teachers room she met the lab teacher in the way, she told her that her mother didn't come at school today and she's on leave for two day.*shockingly* what, and when, and why didn't she talk about the leave? something is definitely wrong for sure, she's hiding something from me. but what...

"maybe she's at home, she should be.... i mean where else she'd go" jenna tried to calm aqua "or maybe she went to meet her friend or someone special..... like.a.date.

*death glare* "really Jenna, from what i know she doesn't have friends, besides she won't hide it from me"

"hmm mm....maybe she's planning something else."

"okay. i'm done and also you're not helping, i'm leaving from home"

"just let me know if you need anything".

"i will....bye".

she left school after lunch and headed to home.when she went outside Abby was there inside her car on the phone.

when Abby saw aqua she hang up the phone.. and move toward to her.

aqua's black eyes widened at the sight of her, *why is she even at the school, she's never been here, like in ages*, a warm smile was quick to replace the surprise. "hey Abby, haven't seen you in months"

"hey aqua; you early today, what happen at the school, is everything okay?"

"yeah, everything is fine. hey, did you see my mom today?"

*after a long awkward silence...

"aqua,

i need to talk to you, about something important"

"yes"

"your mom is in the hospital and i came here to pick you up"

"what, mom is in the hospital. when.....oh my god, what happen?"

"you need to come with me, get in the car"

the moment i heard that mom is in the hospital my world start spinning around and it felt like my heart is start beating in my throat..i literally throw out what i ate in lunch.
