"I like the general idea of offering insight into other characters’ points of view. Unfortunately, it seems to be based more on the movies than the books (at least some chapters like Cedric or Sirius), which is a bit of a shame. At times, it feels like a retelling of certain movie scenes (including dialogue). The author also doesn’t appear to be a native speaker, which results in some mostly minor grammatical mistakes. There’s also a bit of inconsistency when it comes to switching between past and present tense. That being said, it’s still an enjoyable story to read. With a bit of work on the language and perhaps incorporating more elements from the books (and removing those that are only present in the movies), this could become a really strong piece."
