Who are you? J-JK (BTS FF)

Jungkook and I have been friends since we were little, as we got older he started to keep his distance. He is always alone and every time I try to talk to him he runs...Today is a new start! I will talk to him! It was the first day of the last year of high school and I really don’t want to go.

“Y/N! GET UP! YOU ARE GOING TO MISS THE BUS!” My mom yelled from downstairs.

“OKAY MOM, COMING!” I was battling myself on whether I should get up now or wait awhile. I slowly got up after laying in bed for a few minutes. I was in looking at my closet trying to find something to wear. I find black short shorts with a black tank-top.

I walked downstairs and sat down at the kitchen table. I begin eating Doenjang soup before heading to the door. I put on my shoes and run to the bus stop. The bus wasn’t there yet, so I sat and waited.

A few minutes past and the bus came. I got on and sat on the last seat. I put my earphones in my ears and started to listen to Ddu Du Ddu Du by blackpink. Blackpink was my favorite band.

While I was on the bus, I spotted Jungkook getting on. “Yah, Jungkook!” He looked at me and immediately turned away from me and sat far away. “Jungkook I was talking to you!” I walked up and sat next to him. “Are you deaf or something? I called you!”

“I’m sorry...” He whispered in the lowest voice I ever heard.

I looked over at him to see him looking at the window with a pained expression. *I wonder what’s up with him?* I thought to myself. “Hey, Kookie, Are you alright?” I looked up at him and grabbed his arm.

“I-I am fine...” He still didn’t look at me.

“Look at me! I can tell when you’re lying to me!” I put my hand on his chin so he can face me. Both our eyes widened when I saw his face.

“You have bags under your eyes! What have you been doing at night instead of sleeping?!? You have been like this forever!” I go to poke his cheek when he grabs my hand.

“Y/N.” He looked at me with a serious face. “Stay away from me, its the best for us.” I can feel the tears form in my eyes, I try my best to stop them from falling.

“W-Why? What happened to you! We were best friends! What did I do? Just tell me...I can fix it! Just please...don’t leave me, you are the only one I have left...” I couldn’t hold back the tears any longer.

“I’m sorry Y/N, This is our final goodbye.” The bus stopped and he walked out first. I was just sitting there, shocked, sad, angry. I couldn’t move, I was frozen in place. *Why? I only have him and Mom, what did I do...?* The tears didn’t stop flowing. I got up and walked to my first class and sat in the back. The bell rang and the teacher came in.

“Okay class, we have a new student” She motions for him to come in, I wasn’t paying attention until I saw the boy. “Please introduce yourself”

“Hello, I am Chai Jin-Soo, I just moved from Seoul, please take care of me.” He smiled and a lot of girls started squealing. He looked straight at me and licked his lips. *Was it just me, or did he actually look at me?*

“Go ahead and take a seat next to Y/N, Y/N please raise your hand.” The teacher pointed to where I was and I lifted up my hand. He walked towards me and sat right next to me.

“Hello!” He looked at me and gave me an eye smile.

“Hi...” I gave him a fake smile.

“Hey, what’s wrong? I can see your sadness through your eyes.” He gave me a worried look. I just looked at him and smiled.

“I’m fine, thanks for asking me.” The entire class period, we were making conversations out of random things, I have to say, he is a great person. He really knows how to make people smile and laugh.

Jungkooks POV

I left her there. I couldn’t stand to see her go through pain because of me, I’m sorry Y/N...

I walked to her class to make sure she was alright, but I saw him with her. *Why is he here?! She is in danger! I have to warn her!* I saw her laughing and smiling with him the entire class. I can still see her red, puffy eyes.

“I’m really sorry...” I said as quiet as possible.

“Why are you sorry and to whom are you sorry for?” I know this voice. I turned around.

“Hyung!” It was my friend Namjoon, a year older than me. We are in a popular group at school called BTS. Behind him, I could see the rest of the members.

A/N: I know in real life they aren’t 1 year apart, just roll with it.

“Hey fetus, why are you here? I thought your class was upstairs.” One of the members named Suga said.

“Stop calling me fetus! I am in highs school now! Also, I am skipping, I had to check up one something.”

“You mean, someone?” Jimin smirked. “We all know it, don’t try to hide it.” I frowned.

“He...He is back...” They all looked at him, shocked. “I don’t know why, but look” I pointed towards Y/N. “I don’t know what to do” The bell rang and startled me. “Guys! Run! She can’t see us!”

Y/N POV

I was walking out with Jin-Soo when I saw Jungkook running away with Bts. *Its just an illusion.* I was thinking to myself until someone pulled me out of my mind.

“Do you want to eat lunch with me? I really don’t know anyone and you are the only person I have met so far.” He said with sparkles in his eyes.

“Yeah, I will! It will be fun!” *I never thought I would be able to find someone who likes me, for me*. I smiled at him as we walked towards the cafeteria.

When we got there, the first thing I saw was Bts, I immediately grabbed Jin-Soo’s arm and walked in the opposite direction until I heard someone call my name.

“Y/N!” I turned around to see Jungkook running towards me. I turned back around and kept walking. I stopped when I felt someone grab onto my wrist harshly. “Y/N, Can we talk?” I can see the sadness in his eyes. I was filled with a new emotion instead of sadness or anger, Worry.

“Hey, are you okay?! You seem depressed! I’m sorry Jin-Soo, but I have to take care of my friend.” I looked at Jin-Soo and I see anger. I say sorry once again and leave with Jungkook.

Jungkook and I were walking down the hallway in silence until he broke it. “We need to ta-” I got tripped by some girl standing near a locker.

“Oops, Sorry. Oh, Oppa~ Why are you with this girl, you should come hang out with My friends and I!” She started to talk to Jungkook and completely ignore my existence until she glared at me and went back to talking.

“Don’t call me Oppa, how many times do I have to say that? Anyways, let’s go Y/N.” While we walked away I could still feel her stares.

We kept walking until we went into an empty classroom. “What are we doing he-”

“Stay away from him.” He said with a straight face.

“Who are you talking about and why?” I gave him a confused look.

“Jin-Soo, I will tell you why later, I-I can’t now” He looked at me, then my knee. “Are you bleeding?” Suddenly I felt pain on my right knee. I lifted my pants up to see my scraped knee. He suddenly turned away.

“Hey, Jungkook are you okay?” I got up and tried to go next to him, but felt sudden pain on my knee. I was about to fall when a pair of hands caught me. I looked at him and my eyes widened.

“Jungkook, Your eyes...” He was shocked and suddenly let me fall on the ground. “Your eyes were red...Why were they red?!?” He looked back at me and slowly started to close the space between us. He looked at my neck then at my eyes. I slowly backed away until I hit a wall. “Jungkook what are you doi-” Before I could finish my sentence I felt a sharp pain on my neck, It hurt for a while, then it turned to pleasure. When he looked in my eyes, I could see a really light red.

He slowly walked back, while I walked forward “Stay Away!” His eyes were now pure red, he was no longer the Jungkook I knew.

“J-Jungkook, w-what are you?” I kept walking closer and closer to him.

“I SAID STAY AWAY!” He slowly went back to his normal self. “I-I don’t want to hurt you, any more than I already have...I’m so so sorry!” He ran away, leaving me there, all alone.

“What are you Jungkook? I’m not scared, so please, come back to me...” I just sat there, still in shock of what had happened. I didn’t know what to do.*Jungkook, what are you, who are you?*
