A Waking Nightmare

Hey everyone! This is your friendly neighborhood fanfic writer, and this is my first published fanfic!!! I decided to put the author's note in a separate chapter because I'm weird like that. I love to torture various Midgardians by dropping them in the middle of a story, because, how boring is it to explain everything in the first chapter!? *Yawns* Anyway, I'm not too cruel, so I'm going to throw you guys a bone, and give you a taste of the backstory.

My OC character is called Violet, she is 15 and a purple sentient. She is the daughter of Krytus and a half human/blue sentient,(whose name we shall reveal in the coming chapters. Krytus has been hunted all his life, so he has abandoned her in an orphanage, because he's trash, and Violet has been adopted by two wizards, Paul and Elenor Lyons. She went to Hogwarts for a while, because that's what awesome wizards (and witches!) do. She has awesome powers, including her wand powers, but I'll save telling you those for the next chapter. Also, there are these weird things called Shadows or Shades, and they are the Shadow King's foot soldiers if you will. I have three OC characters, including myself, who will be introduced later.
