Background
It’s Aelin, Annabella, Brailey, Lysandra, and Camella. All Fae, but with a slight twist. Each of us have different powers. Brailey, the one with fire, is the oldest but not the leader, that would fall on me. I’m Aelin, the shapeshifter. I started this runaway group when I was 16. Anyway, there’s also Annabella and Lysandra, they’re twins. They’re both of water AND ice. Lord knows the kind of trouble they get into during KD (Kitchen Duty). Then there’s Camella, well, we have history. She’s a healer, she’s usually the one bailing me outta situations, but we still can’t get along.
OH and don’t forget the guys. They-- sorta-- mirror us. There’s Jaclon (Jack), Zainder (Zach), Danaus (Dani), Johannes (Jonah), and Cocoran (Corbyn). They’re a crazy bunch. Cocoran and I have been best friends for 17 years and he just gets crazier and crazier. He’s a shapeshifter too, he comes up with ALL kinds of animals and it’s reeeeeally weird. Zainder is just as crazy as Cocoran. He’s with air, really likes to knock the wind outta you. Then Jaclon and Johannes they’re with fire, like Brailey, but they’re not twins. Then Danuas, he’s with ice, I think. He’s another one that can’t do KD with the twins. But yeah, that’s my makeshift family.
