Summary

Know what’s behind the legend of the vampire and know their true nature. “All of a sudden, a door bursts open and a boy walks through it. He looks oddly familiar, like I met him before. His blonde hair flew out behind him, catching every ray of light. His piercing green eyes stared back at me, making my uneasy feeling increase. I know I’ve met him before, but I can’t recall the event. He’s not much taller than I am when I stand, but he’s still pretty tall.” Being in a new place is always frightening, but with good friends you can overcome and adapt. That’s how it was for Jordyn. Waking up in a new environment and not knowing anyone, but a new friend comes along, and she can handle it. Though she still doesn’t understand what’s going on, she falls in love and gets married.

~ Prologue ~

Today is just an ordinary day, I’ve gotten my work done and I’m on my way home now. I’m getting this strange feeling that I’m being watched though. I walk home every day, but today seems a little........ weird. We just got a new student a few days ago, and he’s in all of my classes. He is cute but creepy. He wears jeans and long sleeves like it’s cold outside. He’s been staying after till it’s dark and he gets here before even the teachers do. He never says anything in class, but when he does, it’s short and quick. He seems really strange.

Now all of a sudden I feel watched and followed. I look over my shoulder and see no one there, but as I’m turning back I see something glittering in the dark shrubbery. I want to take a closer look, but I’ve wasted time freaking out. I pick up the pace and make my way home. I’m about three blocks from my house when it happens.

I feel a sharp prick in my shoulder and I begin fighting back. I bite my assailant back and I taste his blood on my lips, then there’s nothing but black. I think I have passed out but when I come to, everything is different. I’m hungry and angry. Then I’m given a hot sludge to drink and I take it and drink it. There must have been a sleeping agent in there because I reach for darkness again. He never once said a word and I don’t even know if it’s a he.

As I wake up... everything has changed. Drastically.

Bloodlines

Ku_Rolet: The novel was good, and I really enjoyed reading it. I love the leads and their bond, but I have one question that confused me. How could Tristan have been dreaming about his mate since he was a child if Omara was already mated to someone else before him? If Kyle had accepted Omara, would Tristan ne...

The Contract Wife

jo987_123: The story could be longer, the ending feels like you've missed the last episode of a series that is never going to be shown again and no recording of it exists anywhere. Bound to the Bear

BlackKat07: Loved the characters and plot. Unfortunately after about chapter 10 the book really needs a good proof-read - lots of spelling and grammatical errors that spoiled it for me.
