Julia goes Full Circle

Summary

Julia experiences a cloud of change, a touch of intelligence, a sense of judgement and a magical transformation. ‘Julia goes Full Circle’ would be appealing to 20 million girl readers, who age between 12 to 17, since they would fit into Julia’s shoes as she experiences a cloud of change, a touch of intelligence, a sense of judgement and a magical transformation. My novel would stand apart in the ‘Fantasy’ genre because I have rooted the elements of fantasy in realistic themes, such as – a game of chess, seven days in a week, solving a Rubik’s cube and designing a butterfly-watch. I have woven a story where words and paragraphs would arrest my readers in a state of ‘Magical realism’, similar to ‘Harry Potter’ novels. I have forged 65,000 words into a Samurai-sword, where the narrative is classical, as observed in ‘Alice in wonderland’. I am an articulate person. I am willing to get involved in peer-to-peer interviews, promote the book on book-tours, gain traction for the story on radio, podcasts.

A curious case

An angel descended upon planet earth. It was an un-inspiring journey for the angel, since gravity was the solitary sense she could taste, smell, touch or witness.

26 gravitational hours later ……

Her eyes showed a surprising spark when she approached our planet. She was amazed at the fact that she was enjoying a spectacular view. Mountains resembled a heap of sand; a kid would castle by the shores of a beach. Oceans were a never-ending streak of water. She wanted to pose for a picture with the millions who had created the Great wall of China.

Annice belonged to a select group of angels who had to work their way up the heavenly-ladder for 83 human years to get recruited in ‘The Department of Separation’. Angels who served in this department had access to almost all the pleasures heaven has to offer, which included – Unicorn rides and massages from Lions.

As you might be wondering, “Why the goodies?”, a day-job for Annice would involve the tedious task of separating a person’s soul from their life-less bodies with orbital precision and flawless timing.

Annice was approaching a crash site in Southern Illinois. Her assignment today, was the separation of Julia’s soul from her body. Julia was a 12-year-old girl who wanted to live in a castle made of marshmallows and you would have had a sweet conversation with her. Her face resembled a human Koala bear while the rest of her body was as thin as noodles. Julia was innocent and full of life, but life would have other plans for Julia.

The Angel was at the crash site where a dead, 12-year-old Julia was moments away from her separation. A genuine soul would have shed two tiny tears for Julia, for she had crystal blue eyes and the shade of pink had hardly faded from her nails. The shattered glass had made its mark identical to a pit viper’s fangs. Annice had an after-thought, “Julia looked cute”, even for a dead person.

As Annice approached Julia, she closed her eyes and gathered her focus because she would need to be in perfect harmony with all her senses to complete the task at hand. She was waiting for a something. It was as though the Angel needed a green-signal, and she was collecting her composure at a yellow traffic light.

It is embedded in every creation of God to bow down and take a pause when souls depart for a judgement.

A short-pause from the world ….

Newly hatched baby green sea-turtles fighting their way to the seashore, stopped without a warning. The seagulls feasting on the unfortunate hatchlings had to freeze in mid-air. A harpy eagle was about to snatch a Squirrel monkey in South America. The act had to be rested and the eagle’s talons were 3 inches away from the monkey’s head.

The angel could see Julia’s soul surfacing from her body and presumed the words, “Collect me”. Her hands operated with more expertise than that of a spinal surgeon. Annice collected Julia’s soul with the same precision a mother crocodile would carry its kids between the skin of its teeth. She felt a jolt of innocent energy spinning around her. She uttered the words, “I have you Julia” and began her climb back to the corridors of heaven, where Julia’s soul would be judged for its deeds. If the deeds aggregate to a positive glow, she would be positioned in heaven. Shall her deeds provoke an evil shade, she would be sent to burn in hell.

Annice predicted Julia would reside in heaven, but she also felt something odd. Angels had an excellent sense of intuition and Annice was no exception. Something was not right, it’s as though a samurai sword had been forged with eye-watering care, only to cut garden vegetables.

The way in which a samurai sword was tested mirrored its purpose. After the sword was forged, it would be taken to a mortuary and cuts would be made on a dead human’s body. If the cut was clean, the sword was declared pristine.

The Angel reached for her jacket pocket and her hands were busy searching for one device – ‘Errorified’. The sole purpose of this timepiece was to measure the decisive seconds which overflowed during a separation. It was important for Angels that this device always pointed to zero. But when Annice observed the timepiece, it had displayed a total of 39 seconds. She felt the force of a thousand African elephants crushing her head.

Annice realized that her lucrative career had come to an unexpected conclusion. A drop of sweat was making its way down her forehead. She had timed Julia’s separation a little too early. Even angels fail. The aftermath of this untimely mistake would result in Julia’s soul entering a world that boasts neither, of the pleasures of heaven, nor the morbid dread of hell.

The angel’s heart was beating faster than ever, and her pulse was rising. She was clinging onto Julia’s soul as if her angelic life depended on it, because the last thing she wanted to do was lose a soul which had been separated too early.

Julia’s spirit departed for a far-away land as soon as Annice laid her down on the floors of heaven. Julia was asleep as a pure-spirit.

Little did she know, the sequence of events that would unfold due to this heavenly mistake.

When Julia woke up, she found herself surrounded by a strange blackness. She couldn’t feel her legs. She took her left hand close to her right arm and tried to pinch herself. She tried to pull her hair, but she couldn’t feel a thing. She repeated several variations of the same action which resulted in the same outcome. She could not feel pain in the slightest possible manner. The last thing she could remember was a blinding flash of light. She could hear herself think, “What is happening to me?”.

Julia had 1 million questions ringing in her head. She wanted to walk, but she comprehended the fact that the lone mode of locomotion possible in this land was to float around like a lifeless butterfly. She floated for about three hours and was unsuccessful in catching the crispiness of a song-bird or the shade provided by a coconut tree.

Her ghostly-eyes caught sight of a tree. When Julia went closer to the tree she noticed that the tree was growing upside down. She observed that the deserted roots formed the top portion of the tree, continued by its trunk, comprising of leafless branches and a crown touching the soil. She had never read of it in novels nor heard a podcast which described anything close to the weirdness she was witnessing.

The tree was on fire without a warning. It was burning with anger and had demolished itself into atomic ashes. To a fresh pair of eyes, the effect was synonymous with a self-inflicted wound.

Would a Phoenix bird arise out of the ashes? or a Roman goddess?

After a few minutes the ashes disappeared into the sourness of the air which engulfed it and the tree started growing topsy-turvy again.

Julia had been witnessing this punishing act for about 43 minutes before she approached it, “Hello Mr. Tree. My name is Julia”.

The Tree replied with a bushy voice of an 18-year-old boy, “What do you want?”

“Why are you doing this to yourself?”, Julia explained her intentions.

The tree replied, “Do you know where we are?”

“I have no idea”.

The tree was curious to know Julia, “What was the last memory you do have?”

“I was in a car accident with my family. I think I almost died, because the last thing I saw was a bright flash of light and then I woke up in this place. I’m not able to feel anything.”

The tree replied in a relaxed tone, “What did you expect?”

“What is this place?”, asked a restless Julia.

This is Limbo ……… My dear Julia”, said the Tree in a calm and a conforming manner.

“What happens in limbo?”

The tree whispered through its leafless branches, “You live through a painful memory, over and over again.”

“Is that what is happening to you?”

The tree replied in a sorrowful demeanor, “Yes”

“Do you want to hear my story?”

Julia was eager, “I would love to!”.

The tree began a long short-story, “Before I was sent to this forbidden place, I had a life. My name was Michael and I was the singular child to hard-working parents. As a kid, I was bright. I was at the top of my class and I secured high marks in Math’s, Physics and Chemistry. But I was also fond of playing. I wanted to go outside my house and play different games with friends, but my father never allowed me to play. He was convinced that if I hang out with kids in the street I would end up jobless. So, I was always forbidden to play. Over the years this lack of freedom grew inside of me and at one point it exploded. I felt more of a machine than a kid. I was never allowed to play. I never got to vent my feelings for sports. My father struggled his entire life, he had eight or nine siblings and he had to shoulder the burden of family life from an early age. And so, when he had me, he decided that he would make me a successful person. Both my parents had set ambitious goals for me and I was never given a choice to do what I want. In the end, when I reached the age of 16, I took the initiative and I committed suicide. Even though I made a courageous move, I ended up being the coward”.

Julia uttered an unpleasant gasp having heard those words.

The tree continued, “What happened next, was the best learning curve of my life. It’s amazing you learn about your life after you ended it. Once I ended my life, my parents followed up with the same. Every day they woke up and went to work for me. The vibrant spark in their eyes was seeing me mature into adulthood. My father and mother were both happy and they loved me beyond anything else in this world. The moment my body became lifeless their hearts wouldn’t beat anymore. After they died, they were judged for their sins accordingly and they were sent to heaven. When I was judged, I was sent to limbo and I honor the decision because as much as I wanted to blame them and run away from my house, I didn’t know what I had done to myself”.

Julia whispered to herself, “Oh man! What did you do?”.

The tree confessed, “The point as to why I became a tree and grow upside down and burn myself is because I destroyed my chances when I took the initiative to end my life. I had no right to do that. I don’t have the privilege of ending my life, the flesh and blood provided by my parents. If I felt that my parents were dragging me I should have left him behind and moved on. As much as we find faults with others we need to take the initiative to live a complete life and that is where I failed. When I ended my life, I ended two human beings for whom I was a shining star that fell from the sky. I failed to open a gift, a precious one given to me. So, my parents were rightly judged and sent to the corridors of heaven while I’m stuck here in limbo for the rest of my life”.

Julia had no intentions of spending a decade in Limbo, even as a ghost.

The tree felt a huge burden off his shoulders, “I think I deserve it. When I begin, my roots are pointed towards the rainless skies, my branches proceed leafless until the tip of my crown touches the forbidden soil and I burn. I burn down into ashes and rise again from the ashes to go through the same painful course. This is what I go through every day, the painful memory of ending my life”.

The tree had one last thing to say to Julia at the end of his story, “I hope you understand where you are. What did you do to get here?”

Julia was eager to answer, “I didn’t commit suicide. I was in an accident. Is that a crime on me?”.

“I understand sometimes there could be other possibilities”, replied a supportive Tree.

“What possibilities?”

The tree spoke, “I have been informed that they send a few angels to separate the body from the soul and sometimes the soul escapes and tries to play tricks on the Angels. But these angels are well trained for the kind of work they do”.

“So, what do you think I should do?”, asked a puzzled Julia.

“You don’t have a lot of time. You have 24 hours before you’re stuck in limbo forever. You would be given a chance to state your case in front of a judge”.

“There is a Judge?”, Julia’s eyes widened.

“Of course, there is a court and a judge”.

Julia being a cute 12-year-old, “What does the judge look like?”

“Why is appearance so important to you?”

“I’m a 12-year-old girl, looks are very important to me”.

The tree grew impatient, “The judge is a grasshopper. Would that make you happy?”

“Why a grasshopper?”, said an emotional Julia.

The tree began a lesson in design, “If the judge was a butterfly, there would be a waterfalls of saliva gushing out of your mouth, should the judge resemble a sloth, you would laugh so hard that you would’ve pooped out your intestines, if the judge appeared to be a tiger, you’d be frightened and not a single word would exit your mouth. Every shape has its own form and function. When the judge has the appearance of a grasshopper, you would be motivated to do nothing but to speak and state your case. Now are you satisfied?”

Julia was stunned, “What should I say?”

“Prepare the speech of your life. Don’t talk about nail polish on your fingernails. Drive the speech towards one purpose - you deserve to live. A mistake has been committed and it is not important who committed the mistake. You cannot be stuck in limbo for the rest of your cute life. You must drive the speech in that direction. Do you understand?”

“I do understand Mr. Tree”, replied an obedient Julia.

The tree went cold, “Now get out of here…. Let me burn… Remember what I told you”.

Just as Julia was departing from the scene, “I forgot to tell you one more thing”. Julia hated to lose valuable advice.

“No sending text messages. A judge in heaven would not understand the meaning of ‘LOL’. You must complete your sentences. I know where you come from. Sentences and words are going to decide whether you are going to go through a painful memory for the rest of your life or get a fair judgment”, having said those words Mr. tree pushed Julia as she drifted away into the wilderness.

Julia was lost in an ocean of thought. She closed her eyes and tried to pull herself together from the reality of her situation. It was asking a lot from a 12-year-old girl, but she understood what she had to do. Three words echoed through her hollow brain- ‘Full of life’. She made a list of all the things she wanted to do with her life. She began to write down her ideas as a speech.

The next day when Julia woke up she was certain it was a different place. She had a cup of coffee placed in front of her. Julia took the coffee cup in her hands with a lot of dexterity and tasted coffee-heaven. The caffeine drops gave her the chill and refreshment of a shower in the Niagara Falls. Julia knew she wasn’t in Limbo anymore. It is heaven.

Julia was escorted into the courtroom and as Mr. tree had informed, the judge was a grasshopper. The most powerful insect in the world opened its jaws and began to speak, “State your case, miss Julia”.

Julia began her speech,

“I deserve to live.

I want to live in a castle made of marshmallows.

I need to shower in a pool of milk chocolate.

……………………

I wish I could use a sumo wrestlers belly as a punching bag.

I need to feel my baby girl when she kicks me, while still inside of me.

I want to blow her eyebrows with the slightest of care and I want to register that image in my mind for a very long time.

…………………..

I want to start a company and I want to be responsible for the lives of hundreds of employees.

……………………

I want to reach a ripe old age and I want to close my eyes with grandchildren surrounding me”.

This went on for about an hour ………. and the judge was impressed.

Even the most powerful grasshopper did not have the best combination of words to soothe Julia, “Your case has been adjourned for the next 2813 years”.

Julia went mad, “I do not understand Mam”.

“You have to wait another 2813 years before a judgment can be made, because you are standing here due to the mistake committed by an angel. There is nothing anyone can do about it”.

The slightest of hope in Julia’s voice washed-out. She was speechless. Julia was probably the unhappiest soul in heaven at this moment, but the judge had one last hope for Julia.

“Please come to my room once the business concludes today. I have something to tell you”.

The judge and Julia met in the grasshopper’s private quarters. The insect had a few words for Julia, “I can understand what it feels to be you. When you stated your case, I was exploding on the inside, but this is not a system run by humans where mistakes could be compromised. This is heaven and blunders are unacceptable. Unfortunately, we built a system which doesn’t encourage workarounds, therefore the only person who can help you is the ‘King’. He is a proud creature and he would show you the way”.

The judge gave Julia a golden fish wrapped in a silver coil. She also gave Julia a ticket to board a Bullet train and instructed her how to use it.

Julia was escorted out of the judge’s room and she was now seen waiting at a train terminus. The train which was supposed to arrive never came, every other vehicle was seen passing by.

A fighter jet rolled out of the sky when the train terminus transformed into an open space. The jet had a name board called ‘Bullet’ on its side. Julia was seated on the wings of the metal-bird when she presented the ticket.

Bullet was a self-piloting F-35 Lightening II. Bullet was slicing through the heavenly skies before it landed on a pond. There was a singular creature in sight - a blue-throated Kingfisher.

Julia stood frozen on the pond watching the Kingfisher go about his daily dive. Evolution had designed the bird to dive with accuracy. The kingfisher’s beak had to be pointed downwards identical to a ‘Surface-to-Air’ missile. The bird had to balance his feather-weight in such a way that his neck doesn’t snap when he touches water. The dive was timed to a degree of preciseness which was hard to comprehend. Once it surfaces, the animal beats the fish against a piece of wood, to end its prey and swallow it. The magic behind the dive was the alignment of the Kingfisher’s body – neck, wings and beak.

Julia approached the King, “Hello Sir. I’ve been sent by the grasshopper”.

The King replied, “I’m always pleased to meet you, cuteness. I heard a lot about you from the grasshopper and I’ll do my best to help you out”.

“May I know the secret behind your dive ?”, Julia was curious.

The bird replied, “The secret my dear, is a combination of confidence and performance. When I wake up tomorrow I want to be Ayrton Senna in the streets of Monaco, I want to be the Albert Einstein of writing formulas. I want to be the best at what I do, and I must pair it with performance, because if I don’t perform then I’ve become a poison to my own body. Therefore, I feel I’m the best at what I do, and I keep diving”.

Julia cut to the chase, “What should I do to get closure? I don’t deserve to stay in limbo. The judge said there is no workaround for me, except for your help”.

She was being kicked around, “My feelings are identical to a football in a classical match between Brazil and Argentina. Please help me!”

The King spoke, “You’re smarter than you look Julia. Listen to me carefully. I’m going to give you two glass vials and I’m going to feed you to the Cursed Angel”.

Julia was confused, “Feed me?”.

The King explained his plan, “Yes, feed you. The cursed Angel is our trump card. The cursed Angel eats for four hours every day, the best dishes from continents around the world and then he goes to sleep. In the tiny slice of time before the food sings him a lullaby and puts him to sleep, he excretes undigested nutriment in tiny bits. I’m going to have to shrink you in size and present a special dish to the giant. Your job is to collect two objects”.

A 12-year-old girl decided it wasn’t such a great idea to indulge in imagination.

The king presented Julia with a vial, “Here is the first vial. When you’re inside the Giant’s stomach you need to collect three drops of his green intestinal fluid in the vial. It helps him digest the food”.

“And then here is the second one. You must collect three bits of his poop in it, after he has discarded you through his bottoms”, told the Kingfisher without any signs of being disgusted.

“I have to …… I have to do what!”, managed a stuttering Julia.

“I know it’s a little disgusting. But we don’t have a lot of choices. Your case is peculiar”.

Julia took both the vials and she was preparing to get reduced in size. The king was seen immersed in a trance of silent meditation. He did not utter magical words, nor did he wave a wand, or wear a Hat, or read from ‘The Book of the Dead’. He was focusing as though he had to harness the energy from a long-lost dying star.

When he opened his eyes, Julia was shrunk to 1 inch in size and the king had conjured up a special recipe to hide Julia. The cursed Angel was a simple glutton who possessed amazing powers which could be matched by his ravenous appetite.

The King touched Julia on her forehead with his beak. The significance of this action is to ensure cute Julia remains undigested throughout her journey inside the giant’s body.

As we are approaching the cursed Angel, nourishment from around the world was queuing up to be devoured by an innocent Giant. There is not a word, a comma, a full stop, an exclamation point, or a question mark which can describe what the giant is going to be served. I am trying my best, use your imagination.

First in line, was the continent of South America. The Roast Guinea Pig from Peru along with the Dry Rub Steak from Argentina and Arroz Con Pollo from Colombia were being grinded by enormous teeth the size of axes. The giant’s saliva was collaborating with the Black beans and Pumpkin soup recipe from Brazil.

South American chefs had taken a huge chunk of cow, cooked it on a slow flame for hours to a point where the beef dissolves into a block of cheese. It made him dribble and was complemented by the tender beans and pumpkin soup. The continent of South America refused to end its delight when Paraguay presented the giant with Dulce De Leche sauce on Vanilla Ice cream. The giant was in no mood to stop, it’s as though the greatest feast in the world was just beginning.

Next in line, was the continent of North America. Fried chicken from USA paired with Hamburgers, coupled with Hot dogs and Roast turkey made its way into the Giant’s cave of a mouth. When his upper and lower line of teeth contacted each other and sliced the food, the word – ‘Food’ would get a different connotation.

An entire turkey had been slaughtered, hot dogs and hamburgers sent pleasures signals to his brain and the fried chicken pieces were stuck in the tiny gaps between the teeth of the giant. A human being would kill himself to be any one of the 32 teeth belonging to the cursed Angel. Corporations around the world would corrupt without hesitation to be the giant’s tongue. And if that wasn’t enough, 26 gallons of Corn Chowder with 6 gallons of Gumbo, followed by Blueberry and Pumpkin pie ended the continent’s entry.

The continent of Africa was eager to show its nutritious capability. Ferakh Maamer and Zahlouk along with Tagine from Morocco marched into an enormous mouth which could be surpassed by the spirits of a Burmese Python in the Florida Everglades.

Chicken that had been prepared unhurriedly and decorated with traditional earthly flavors and scents from the resourceful continent of Africa were now being crushed and made into a white paste. The flavors of desert, rainforest and villages were now dancing in the mouth of the cursed angel.

The continent of Europe seemed to be a subtler entry. Eclairs and Coq Au Vin from France, Goulash from Hungary, Fish and chips and Roast beef from United Kingdom, along with Fondue from Switzerland were eager to sacrifice themselves and please the giant. The major contributor in terms of meat and vegetables, was the dish of Paella from Spain. Precious slices of Deep Dish Pizza from Italy were entertaining the giant. If the feast ended at this point, it would have resembled a white Arabian horse without skin.

The continent of Asia was presenting the giant with an experience so immersive that his eyes were closed in pitch darkness. Even if you shine an entire galaxy through those eyelids, they would stay closed.

The singular organ which was working overtime was his tongue. His tongue was now the size of an Olive sea snake, spinning its way through the crispy kebab’s and the buttery meat. The snake would have its slender body wrap wrapped around the Kebabs from Turkey, Satay from Indonesia, Aloo Gobi, Paneer, Kerala Fish fry and Mutton-biryani from India and the Nasi Goreng from Indonesia. It was carnage in the name of food.

The final entrant was the continent of Australia. Barbecued chicken was the first to be served, followed by Coconut juice, Anzac biscuits and Peach Melba. It was subtle and nutritious at the same time. The word – ‘End’ could be seen approaching the giant’s mouth.

Julia was crushed to ask the King, “What could have you prepared which would satisfy the word – ‘Special’”, after witnessing a slaughter of six continents.

The king invented a simple taste - ‘Elephant-Crocodile’ sandwich. Two Bush elephants baked in the heat of the Sahara constituted the top and bottom portions of the sandwich, the middle section of which was comprised of six juicy saltwater crocodiles roasted in the ravaging steam of a volcano. He added the essence of eucalyptus trees to give the sandwich an earthly aroma.

The king presented the ‘Elephant-Crocodile’ sandwich to the cursed Angel and for the first-time words began to appear out of a gigantic mouth, “What do you have for me … O … thee… King!”

The bird replied in a confident voice, “My beloved Angel, I have for you a special bite. I present to you two African Bush elephants which had roamed the deserts of Sahara in search of water holes. I have placed them one on top and one on bottom, in between these two gentle giants, I have presented six saltwater crocodiles that have spent their lives gorging on fish and deer, killing them in an unassuming way. And my friend, I’ve also inserted branches of eucalyptus trees to add a touch of aroma. I present to you my friend the best sandwich you would ever taste”.

The king hid the fact that Julia was hiding somewhere between the third and the fourth crocodile. He decided it wasn’t such a good idea to tell the gentle-monster.

Julia was now inside the cave and she felt a Tsunami of bad-breath descending on the sandwich. Perspective from Julia would observe food in the size of mountains being pushed and pulled with wild forces inside the cave. She could feel the butchering of meat being done by the molars. Julia thanked the King for adding eucalyptus branches, because she held onto a branch and after about 68 bites, the food was processed into a paste, she was now making her way down the throat of the giant.

She felt a river had flown out of control and she was being pushed down the river against her will.

Julia fell on a small pit. The walls of the pit were glowing with florescent light. Soon, she would be greeted by a green river. Julia remembered her task.

She took out the first vial with much strain and collected three drops of the green liquid. Julia hated the afterlife. Once she was done collecting the intestinal fluid she was being squeezed through tunnels of large and small intestines belonging to the Giant’s biological system. She handled one final squeeze and was introduced into a world of filth.

Julia started to drown. Her swimming skills came to her aid as she managed to float in the pool of toilet water. Julia was swimming with huge pillars of human waste and she remembered she was given the repulsive task of collecting three pieces. She almost passed out due to the wave of foul smell engulfing her. It was just impossible for a 12-year-old girl to even look at her poop before she flushed the toilet. Julia managed to collect one piece of the undesirable material, for there were mountains available. She managed to exit the giant through a titanic butt-hole. She wondered what the traffic would be on a Monday morning.

Julia had managed the impossible but when she handed the glass vials to the king, he went insane, “I gave you specific instructions. Three drops of the green fluid and three bits of poop. Why am I seeing one piece of shit, instead of three?”

“Are we playing a game of insanity?”, asked an impatient Julia.

The King explained, “If you are bursting to get closure, you need to participate in a contest referred to as the Full Circle. The Full Circle is a series of challenges built on the very foundations of life. In a few moments you would be taken to a pond where you would pick from three flowers – a purple, yellow and a white one. Every flower has its own significance”.

The King continued, “The Purple flower represents a challenge built on change, intelligence and judgment. Combat, protection and love are the constituents in forming the Yellow flower. The White flower would comprise of piece, destruction and evolution”.

“So, what is the big deal?”, asked a clueless Julia.

An analogy was helpful, “You are placing your head inside a snake-pit. The problem is my dear, you don’t know what the snake looks like. The purple flower is the hardest challenge for a 12-year-old girl. The yellow one is the easiest”.

“How is it my fault? I tried my best”, replied Julia.

King was agitated, “The golden fish wrapped in a silver coil that you had given me earlier would make sure that we don’t get the white flower. However, to eliminate the Purple flower we needed three drops of intestinal fluid from the giant and three pieces of his shite. Now, tell me whose fault is it?

“I tried my best, Mr. King”.

“And ... that is not the end. The full circle comprises of a hidden challenge referred to as the ‘Krymmeno’. The rules are hidden in the ‘Krymmeno’, replied a worried Kingfisher.

The King and Julia were transported to a chamber made of thundering clouds. They could witness a small pond and three flowers frozen in the pond. The second Julia was blindfolded, the flowers began to swim independently, and she was tasked to pick one. Her hands were trembling, and she could be heard mumbling, “Not the purple darling”. Her right hand was seen approaching the Yellow flower, but just as an agile monkey would jump from one branch to another, her finger wrapped the Purple flower. The flowers stopped.

When the blindfold was removed, Julia had the reaction of a dead-ant, “Am I going to die a second time?”.

The Purple flower began to speak,

“Oh ... thee …great soul. For you have chosen to enter the Full Circle. As courageous as you may be, remember that you are entering a challenge built on change, intelligence and judgement, shadowed by a hidden monster - Krymmeno”.

Julia did not have the slightest clue as to what that meant.

The Purple flower continued, “The first realm is the realm of change. You shall convince three colored rats, not to change”.

Julia thought to herself, “Oh, that sounds ratty”.

The Flower continued, “The second realm is the realm of intelligence. You shall convince a poor person to do the right thing”.

Julia was listening, “The third realm is the realm of judgment. You shall judge normal people for the wicked deeds they have done”.

The purple flower approached Julia with tenderness, “May God be with you my dear because I won’t be”, and then the flower disappeared.

The king had one last word for her, “The Full Circle is life, don’t try to fight it, try to experience it”.
