Dean sighed. As if it wasn't bad enough that he had to go to a frickin' bookstore with Sammy, the radio was blasting a pop song that was ~super popular~ in about 2012. And if that wasn't bad enough, there wasn't anyone - of any gender - even mildly attractive in the general vicinity. Regardless, it wasn't like he was going to hit on someone at a bookstore. At this point, he was begging for death. The song that was playing ended, and in its place was one that was - if possible - worse. Dean groaned. "Who do I have to kill..." He stormed off in search of a manager - or, alternatively, someone to kill. He wasn't picky.

The bookstore was entirely unfamiliar to Dean, so his version of 'looking for a manager' was pretty much just him wandering around aimlessly and looking for someone who even vaguely appeared to be a member of the staff. The first such person he stumbled across was a short blond guy, with a flirty grin plastered to his face and a voice like butter wearing a silk jacket. "Hey, sweetheart," the man said. "Need some-" He gave Dean a once-over. "help? With anything? And I mean anything." He winked. Dean smirked.

"Sorry, buddy, but you're not my type." Suddenly, he caught a glimpse of another man, one standing behind a bookshelf, puzzling over the titles it contained. That guy, however... This man had the single bluest eyes that Dean had ever seen, and his hair - oh, his hair! - was the perfect shade of brown. Dean wanted to run his fingers through that hair, wanted to-

"Dude." A voice snapped him out of his fantasies of what exactly he wanted to do to that man behind the bookshelf. The voice repeated itself. "Dude." It was the blond man he had been talking to. "Did you mean to say all of that out loud?" Dean's face turned a shade of red that was rather reminiscent of cherry pie.

"Son of a... seriously? I said that out loud?" he whispered angrily (really, it was more of a growl). His face was growing redder by the second.

"Yep." the other man replied, popping the p. "And from where you were going with that, it looks like I stopped you just in time." He pulled a chocolate out of his pocket - a Hershey's Kiss. "Want one?" he asked. It was all Dean could do to not punch him, then and there.
