Prologue
The Blood. The crimson red liquid spilled out of the jar that rested on the white wood table, papers were flown all around the table and were sprinkled with a blue liquid. A soft thump is heard near the door of the room. The room was a dark brown and was filled with bookshelves to the brim. In the middle of the room was the white wood table with a matching chair that had a pool of the blood in it and the blood was dripping to the floor.
A black leather couch sat in the back of the room next to the window. It seemed to not be touched by the mess around it but had a stuffed bunny on it. The bunny was a gold color with purple eyes and a button heart stitched into it. The bunny was laid on its side and seemed to be looking at the jar of blood with its eyes.
The thump from the other side of the door gets louder and it started to make the sound of feet walking quickly. The door opens slowly with a loud creak and a tall figure of about 6’3 walks into the room. The figure was male with a short, dark brown hair with short shaved sides and curly long hair that covers his left eye. His dark green eyes were clouded with deeper emotions of fear and concern. His pink lips curled into a frown, his pale skin tainted with his blood veins which were boldly placed on his neck and body.
His jaw was slim and his cheekbones were sharp and high. His body was of a runners , he has broad shoulders and his biceps slightly bulge from his clothes. The man was wearing a simple dark grey shirt that was snug to his body, he was also wearing black jeans which fit his long legs perfectly. The man was also wearing dress shoes, he had on a black windbreaker which sat on his shoulders.
The man looked like a normal male if it wasn’t for the right side of his mouth. His face was opened up to show half his teeth and the whole right side of his face from his eyebrow down was his skeleton. The man walks towards the desk and grabs one of the papers.
His smile grows to become horrifying and he chuckles. The man quickly drops the paper and leaves. The paper slowly floats to the ground and before it flips around to set itself on the floor.
The name McCarty and a location was written in blood on the paper.
