What happens to us after we die? Will we go to heaven or maybe even to hell? Will our soul end up in a cycle of reincarnation, so that someday we may reach nirvana?
I honestly don’t know. When I died, I didn’t go to heaven or hell. I stayed as a solemn being, cursed to see the breathing continuing their lives.
I died on a freezing Wednesday night. Fog covered the streets like a pall covers the pale body of a deceased loved one. The streetlights gleamed through this cloth of mist, guiding my way home. While I walked through the silent night, I noticed a strange figure strutting behind me. Even though I wasn’t particularly scared, I started walking faster. My instinct guided me through the streets, but the figure kept following me. The figure came closer and my heart filled with anxiousness. Sadly, I can’t tell you that this figure disappeared in the fog or I reached home safely. Nothing of this happened. The figure, who seemed to be a man of a middle age, grabbed me by my shoulder and pressed my body like a puppet against one brick wall. The foggy streets stayed quiet as the man pressed his knife against my throat.
>Pretty girls like you shouldn’t walk around at night. <
He said this with such calmness and bitterness. Even though I was frightened I managed it to kick this guy into his stomach, so I was able to tear away from his tough grip. While this man was dealing with the pain, I ran a few meters. I screamed as loud as possible, hoping someone would come and save me. But sadly, help came too late for met. The man recovered from my kick and slammed his hand on my mouth, killing my screams. In just seconds he raised his knife and slit my throat open. Even though my death was quick, it was a real mess. Warm dark blood dripped, no it streamed, down my body and on the street. I seemed like the grey fog turned into a thick ark red. Everything was red and covered in blood. I fell hitting the cold stones with my face first. My last breath left my body in a white whiff.
The world I knew so well was shattered in a cold foggy night by a man I didn’t know. I honestly don’t know what happened to my murdered. This story is not about my revenge it is just about my death.

There’s a cinematic softness to your writing, the way you describe light, time, or even silence makes it all feel tangible. The recent chapter had such emotional gravity that it honestly left me speechless for a moment. You’ve managed to craft something that’s both delicate and powerful, like a memory that refuses to fade. Every word feels painted, not just written.
Hello! I came across your story and I have to say, it’s really impressive. The concept is strong and the storytelling keeps the reader hooked, which is exactly what makes it perfect for a comic adaptation. I could easily imagine the scenes illustrated panel by panel. I was curious if you’ve ever thought about turning it into a comic format. If you don’t already have one, I’d be very interested in discussing how we could bring it to life in comic form.
