"Confession"

Wind was Rustling through the blond locks of a specific someone who had a abashed expression imprinted on his cute face. He was devastated and was in despair when the blond found out that he had fallen in love with his best friend. Kim taehyung, an 18 year old teenage boy who was secretly gay had a huge dibs on his best friend. Taehyung could still recollect how helpless and scared he was when he moved into his new neighborhood. He promised himself to leave behind his shady past and move on with a new start. But it wasn't that simple because he was more insecure now and he feared social interaction. Memories were still fresh in his mind as he remembered how frozen he stood when a certain cheerful boy named hoseok aka the cultural caption of his new school had volunteered to help out taehyung. And boi he was stunned to see such a beautiful human. He was such a ball of sunshine that the latter couldn't help but fall in love with him. And today he was going to confess it to him! He could not hide his feelings anymore. Taehyung walked to his dorm room nervously. He was currently standing outside hoseok's room contemplating his decision. Now he just had to open the door and spill out his beans. But his heart rate was racing at the speed of 100km /s. He held the door knob with shivering hands and finally twisted it to open with a deep breath. And alas! He opened the door to find hoseok shirtless and boy was drooling at the sigh. Damn those sinful abs was not helping him even a bit now!
"oh shit! I'll come in later.... "
"it's okay tae u have seen me naked a couple of times. Come in fluffy"
Taehyung was Still processing how good his nickname rolled out oh his oh so sinful tongue. He quickly nodded and stepped in and closed the door behind him. Hoseok put his shirt on and smiled at taehyung.
" Take a picture it'll last longer " teased hoseok and laughed at taehyung 's red flushed face.
"what.... Oh no.... i-it's n-not it! I wasn't staring!"
" Then why are u stuttering?"
" cause.... Hmm..... I have to confess to you about something hyung" said taehyung nervously while fiddling with the hem of his sweater.
"sure go on fluffy am all ears"
" Hyung...... I.. I think I'm in love with you!" yelled out taehyung as he was panicked at level 1000.
Hoseok's expression froze while taking in the new fed info.
"say what?!"
"yes hyungie I-i l-love u..... And yes I'm gay I just found out about it a couple of days ago.
Thank you hyungie for saving me during my darkest of times. I really do adore u maybe more than just friends"
Hoseok was frozen. Finding out that your cutest friend was gay and had a crush on you all along in a single day was too much for him. He was unsure about this.
" But tae........... I.... Can't love you.......... We can't be a couple"
" But why?!" tae yelled out the harsh words which was vibrating all over the room. His heart sank at hoseok's words.
Tears were rolling down his puppy like doe eyes. He wanted a quick answer from hoseok who stood like a rock facing away from him. Silence prevailed between them.
" fine don't say anything!"
Tae rushed out from his dorm weeping and trying to hold in his tears. Betrayed and rejected - these words were crawling in his brain and he could not help but cry out.
'but why? Is loving a sin for people like me? If it is then I'll never love anyone again!' thought taehyung.
Hoseok turned but he did not find tae anywhere. He deeply sighted and regretted at his actions. He whispered underneath his breath "why the hell did I mess it up with him?"
He realized that he broke someone he truly adored. His chubby doll aka has cuddle buddy. A feeling of regret was piercing his heart.
' but what else was I supposed to do? I'm so unsure about this! Maybe I should have said something than stand like a rock! How am I gonna explain this to him' sighted hoseok at his train of thoughts. Tae did not meet hoseok for a few days and the latter understood that he needed some personal space right now so he let him be.
After a few days when hoseok was taking a stroll through the street still thinking about tae, he spotted his beloved friends jimin and namjoon. They were talking about taehyung. Hoseok quickly rushed to them and playfully hit jimin on his shoulders.
"YAH hoseok- ah!" yelled jimin
Hoseok chucked at this and retorted " learn to pay respect to your hyung shortie"
" I swear hyung you'll regret this " said jimin in a angry voice and before he could attack hoseok namjoon cut them off. He stood in between the two and glared at them.
"You. Both. Stop. With your. Childish. Prattle.! We have better things to discuss as of now" warned namjoon while looking at jimin.
"oh sorry hyung yeah this is not the time for this" said jimin in a low tone and looked down with a sad face.
"why what's wrong?"asked hoseok.
"um the thing is........ You see hoseok we know that you like taehyung way too much and took a great care of him but... "
"but??"
" We got to know from their neighbors that he is moving out of town"
"what?! U kidding right?" asked hoseok with a concern laced in his voice as he prayed internally that this was all a lie.
" No hyung we ain't kidding.... "
Said jimin as he reached to calm down hoseok.
Tears streamed down hoseok's face as he asked in a quivering voice " why would he leave me... I mean us?"
"I don't know what's wrong with him hyung. He is not picking up my call. I even tried to go to his place but it's locked. Is something bothering him? Do you think you may know the reason taehyung is leaving hoseok hyung?" asked jimin as he tried to read hoseok's expression. Before jimin could say anything hoseok rushed off towards the opposite direction yelling "I gotta go!"
Hoseok ignored the calls from jimin and namjoon. He ran towards a certain place he hoped to find taehyung. He felt so guilty at the moment.
