Summary

Don't forget who you must remember. I am the listener among those who name themselves readers and writers. I have no place in this world, where people are all apart of the secret shared from authors. I play no part in this fantasy world of books, lessons, morals, stories. No. I, Teegan Waverly, am alone.

Books.

Life.

They both connect in ways only the creators can see.

Who are the creators? Society.

They tell stories, which hold secrets the author believes are worth revealing, and ~if the reader deems the story 'likeable'~ then only is the secret shared with the rest of the world. Comparing itself to a wild-spreading flame in the darkness of ignorance.

Fire is created to destroy but remake. However, the destruction before the remake has the ability to cause happenings that benefit those around it or has the power to cause distress, disgust, and demolition.

In this analogy, the secret can be portrayed as the fire. The author begins with the inspiration and 'lays the wood down', which is seen to be their main idea. Once the piece is published and the reader has liked what they have read, the spark begins. It grows, slowly but surely until it reaches its peak as the ever burning flame within souls.

I for one, am no author, nor a reader. If anything, I'd call myself a listener. I am so close to the fire but yet so far away from it that I quite don't understand the emotion that is involved with it.

I feel lost.

I am unsure.

I am like the puzzle piece that is regarded last in the jigsaw puzzle made of all the people that know the secret.

Still, somewhere in this neverending loop of messages, my soul seems to capture, page after page, I, Teegan Waverly, manage to live a life amongst them all.

Readers and writers alike.
