God Forgive Me

Chapter 1

I fell to the ground, blood dripping from my wing that was cut off crudely several minutes ago. Feathers lying on the floor, cracked bone coming out of my back, and a machete scratching the floor. I held my head, the screaching noise from the machete hurt my ears. I curled up into a ball, putting my knees up; I rested my head on my knees, shivering from the cold blood dripping down my back staining my white dress and jean jacket. DON'T get me started on the shrieking pain. It felt like a limb was cut off. The pain aching through my whole body, through my arms, torso, legs, and head. I couldn't move, my legs and arms shackled down.

"Oh my gosh, you are so pathetic!" The archangel mocked me, she walked around me; glancing at me every 10 seconds.

I struggled to turn my head; I looked up at her, my spine twisted, making my neck ache intensely. The woman Dianne; 'that I once called an archangel'; knelt down beside me.

She looked me in the eyes and said; "Olivia Wolf, say hello to my friend,". Dianne stood up swinging her machete, ready to cut my other wing off, almost saw it off. I looked up at her in fear, I was still sitting there.

"Why, why... Are" I tried to get the words out, but blood came out instead as I coughed. I fell down, my hands on the cold conrete floor and the cold air touching the wound on my back; where once my wing was attached. "You doi-ing this, to me?" My voice cracked as Dianne kicked me in the side.

"You know exactly why, stop playing these piddily games with me!" Dianne yelled at me, her voice echoing through the empty cell.

I slowly pulled myself back up into a sitting position, "no, I don't," I cried out. My tears falling to the floor.

"What a brat," Dianne whispered with her teeth clenched together. She sarcastically smiled at me and said; "You know what I'm fucking talking about! You can't be a gaurdian angel of someone you where not assigned to," she got serious. She laughed and looked at me with anger dwelling in her eyes, "You idiot!" She slapped me. I turned my head away, I started to hyperventilate while crying. Then I heard the machete scratch the ground again. I looked up and through my tear stained eyes I saw Dianne circling me. She stared at me, as I continued to sob. We both looked over as the door flung open, and there a boy held the door open with his left hand. "My queen, Ms. Jasper is here. She said it's urgent!" He swiftly spoke. I looked at him puzzled yet scared, I couldn't make out who it was because my eyes were filed with water. Before he left the room he whispered something I couldn't quite make out. He slowly closed the door, and the room went quiet. I was frozen in place.

Then thoughts flooded through my head, like a tsunami. I had an idea! I was going to break out of here....
