Chapter 1
~~~Felix POV~~~
I was sitting on the table, in the doctor’s office.
He was speaking to me softly... as if he didn’t want to scare me...That only made things worse.
“Felix...”I raised an eyebrow.
“Due to some... trauma... you may not have your voice,”
I mouthed the next few words,'How long?'
“A few years... possibly forever,”
My jaw dropped.
Forever?
That... it couldn’t be true!!!
I was on my way to be somebody!!!
I was gonna rap, sing!!!
My voice can’t be gone forever!!!
Tears slid down my face.
I felt my mother’s arms wrap around me,” It’s okay ’lix... it’ll come back,”
I shook my head, no sound escaping my lips.
Even the sobs, shaking me...
Were silent.
Silent.
That’s how I’d live.
I’d live.
My life.
In.Silence.
