First chapter

I ran my hand through the soft fabric of my stunning dress and looked into one of the many cameras.

-Celeste! Celeste! – I’ve kept hearing my name from hundred directions and I couldn’t decide where to look anymore.

The thousands of reflectors illuminating me became more and more bright, and the ever-shouting people were getting louder and the wonderful but extremly tight and inconvenient dress was getting clenched. It was getting harder to breathe. I put my hand on my stomach, so I tried to fill my almost cramped lungs with oxygen. I tried to find my balance, and I had to step forward in order not to faint right there. However, in this second, an arm wound around my waist and pulled tightly into it. From his touch I was already filled with warmth and felt that I was less tense already. For a second, I took my eyes off the photographers just to look at him. He sensed this, and turned to me.

-Are you alright? – his blue eyes

-Just the usual. But I am alright. Now. - I smiled at him to reassure him.

-Wait. - for a moment, he interrupted the eye contact and raised his voice a little. - Hey, hey, hey. I think everybody has enough picture now. – he was talking to the photographers this time. - Thank you very much, but I have to kidnap the young lady. Everyone takes the last pictures and we are finished.

A quiet rumble ran through among the photographers but the Bevis’ firmness brought order.

-Come on! – he grabbed my hand, his fingers clapsing on mine, he started to walk off the red carpet.

I followed him with a smile on my face, as I lifted my dress with one hand so I don’t step on it. When we finally got out of the spotlight, into the building he stopped and turned back to me. He let go of my hand, but pulled me to himself tightly. He wrapped his arms around my waist.

-Are you feeling alright? – I’ve still saw some concern in his eyes.

-I do. - to reassure him, I put my arms around his neck. – I could’nt feel better. Thanks to you, my saviour.

I leaned in for a kiss, but before our lips came together, we got disrupted.

- I don’t want to disturb the love birds. - The familiar voice rang kindly behind my back. - But the movie starts in any minute, guys. We’re already late.

- There’s no time, not even for a kiss. – I could hear, Bevis was highly disappointed.

- That’s what we’ve got. - I rolled my eyes dramatically and looked at my publicist. - We’re coming, Bonnie.

The man took my hands once again and we headed to the movie theather.

- My favorite couple! - John was approaching us, with two champaing glasses in his hands.

His loud and enthusiastic greeting attracted the attention of everyone.

- John! - Bevis stepped forward to hug his friend. - Good to see you.

- It was a though twenty minutes. – he was playing the drama queen, while he hugged me as well. - I thought you will never ever get here. Come on in, everyone came here to celebrate you two.

With a huge smile on my face, I looked around the apartment, where our closest friends and family members gathered together.

-John, it so nice from you, making this for us

-Oh, please. My pleasure.

We walked inside the living room where everybody was waiting for us. They all congratulated us, each of them had a few nice words to say to us. Bevis stayed close to me all night, keeping his arm on my waist all night, but I wouldn’t let me out of his sight. It took a long time to finally stay alone, just the two of us. When this happened he pulled me close and closed his arms around my waist. I smiled at him, while crossing my arms around his neck.

- Maybe I didn’t say it today, but you’re beautiful.

- Only today? – I pretended to be offended by him but he didn’t fall for my game.

- Always. - he smiled and bent down to kiss me. - Every day.

After the kiss I pulled back a bit, just to see his face about what I will say.

- Tomorrow is Los Angeles.

- Wonderful. - he rolled his eyes.

- It will be alright baby. It is our movie. Think of this us world-wide celebration of our love. - I knew excatly how much he don’t like LA and I tried to pump him up a little bit.

- Baby. – he repeated this smiling. – I like it when you call me that. But yeah. It will be alright. Because you will be there. And I love you.

- I love you too, baby.

I don't understand the underscore thing. Why not put them in quotation marks? Also the Bevis? And it should be he didn't not he don't like LA. But I'm still reading. I am curious, so sue me. Lol.
