The Heroes of Heaven: Apocalypse

It has been five years since we escaped from that camp. Plenty has happened in these five years. Following the death of President Bundy, the world was in chaos. First the economy fell. It was worse than the Great Depression. Many citizens lost their homes and starved to death, even in the wealthiest of countries.

North Korea nuked San Francisco. Thousands died in the blast. Millions were exposed to radiation poisoning and were left homeless.

The new President of the United States was someone most people disliked. Whatever he tried doing, people got furious at him. His name was President Jacob Lyndon. He tried sending aid to the suffering Californians but Congress decided to go to war with North Korea instead and send all troops there, rather then offer aid.

China and all the countries in southeast Asia sided with North Korea. South Korea and Russia sided with the United States. The United Nations also sided with the United States. This started World War III.

This world war was worse than all the other two world wars put together. North Korea was ready for the United Allies to try to invade. The United Allies was made up of the armies of the United States, Russia, South Korea, and the European Union. The other side was called the Southern Asian Alliance.

Approximately three years ago, Me, Devan, Sandra, and Devan’s girlfriend; Rebecca were drafted and sent to war. We just turned 18 when we were drafted and at this time the war seemed to be almost over.

We were sent into the war right at the time of the invasion of Pyongyang, which is the capital of North Korea. We were put in the first invasion force.
