Chapter 1-The intro

People may think being a royal is all designer clothes and fancy palaces. Trust me, it's NOT. I'm Rosetta Minerva Alexandra Amethyst Danali. Very long name. I know. That's because I'm the princess of a small country, Genovia. I know, that may not be the same as the Queen of England, but let me tell you, it's just as hard. My mother, the always beautiful and graceful Queen Romira Clarine Lauren Danali. As for my father, he is Alexander Mars Monroe Danali. Well, both of my parents were beautiful and I was a mixture of them both. I had emerald green eyes, a sharp jawline, chiseled cheekbones, long platinum hair, and a tanned complexion. I was tall. Very tall for my age, people would say. Anyway, you always had to be camera ready. Always. Photographers, journalists, paparazzi, news, you name it. I mean I know they're just doing their job, but would you enjoy going everywhere with people waving cameras and microphones in front of your face? Capturing every move and waiting for a mistake? Probably not. Well today, I wore a lilac dress with ivory roses along the neckline. I was smiling politely, waving at the cameras, when guess what? I slipped. Yay me. I get to see my " state of art" fall plastered all over magazines and the news. My mother gasped, hurrying down the stairs to my aid. Then, she did everything a normal mom would do, check me over, help me up, hug me, and all the other stuff. I mean, did the paparazzi have to say, " Affectionate mother, caring queen, who would help the little princess up in the real world ?" . I know I'm not the nicest person, but am I really that horrible? And little did I know, there was more trouble to come. Oh boy.
