How Robin Really Found Out About Artemis' Family

This idea came to me and I thought it was pretty good sooo... this is a one shot. Can be seen as Traught if you'd like.

Disclaimer: Oh, how I wish I could own Robin... this is as close as I'll get... close enough for me! :)

Robin was patrolling the East side of Gotham alone. Batman was patrolling the West side. He jumped onto another building and cackled.

When he went to leap another building, Robin was knocked to the ground below. He rolled off the impact and came up in a fighting stance as two figures jumped down.

"Relax, kid, we're not gonna hurt you. We're just delivering a message to you and only you." The male figure said, and they stepped into the light to reveal Sportsmaster and Cheshire.

"Why should I?" Robin challenged.

"If we wanted to hurt you, would we be standing around talking?" Cheshire said, and you could literally hear the smirk in her speech.

Robin sighed, backed up a step and relaxed. "Whatever. What's the message and who's it from. Oh, and why couldn't they deliver it themself?"

"Oh, they are. The message is from us and it's important so you better listen. It's about the new girl in your little team." Cheshire growled, now dead serious.

Robin's eyes widened. Why would they have a message about someone who had barely been on the Team for a week?

"If you judge her differently for what we're about to tell you, we have connections to Ra's Al Ghul, and we will broadcast yours and Batman's secret identities all around the world." Cheshire's eyes narrowed dangerously under her mask. "While we don't enjoy the fact that she is on your team, we still care for our family. Hurt my sister, and your dead."

"Take care of my Baby Girl." Sportsmaster added.

"Sooo... you're her family... and I assume you don't want me to tell her about this." Robin said.

"Her name is Artemis Crock. Watch over her for us. And tell anybody about this, and I'll follow through with that identity threat." Cheshire threatened.

"Yes ma'am. And things will go back to normal after this, correct? Because, you're kinda freaking me out..."

"Yes. Goodbye." Cheshire said, throwing down a smoke bomb, causing Robin to start coughing. When the smoke cleared, they were gone.

"Weird."

So, this was fun to write. I liked it and hoped you did too. I know, they're kinda OOC, but I gave you a small explanation as to why. Please review, I accept simple :) or :(.
