The Formula
This book is written to sustain the formula for choosing a
great leader from a crowd. I came across this hidden
formula by chance and I was amazed to see how well it
fits to the great leaders of the world. Aside from
presenting the formula, this book presents case studies
on real leaders, which confirms the truth value of the
formula.
The domain for explaining the formula has been noted
with Y which represents any man, and is categorized on
3 levels: inf, med, and sup which stands for inferior,
medium, and superior.
The leader in a crowd has been noted from early ages
with alpha (α ) .
Choosing a good alpha is essential for the wellbeing of
the group, and people invented elections and democracy
to help them to find the best leader possible. This
formula comes to help the democratic process by
focusing the attention on the real leaders, in a
mathematical way, which surely will improve the overall result.
For example, for animals is simple, the best fighter in the group is the leader. Some people never evolved over the animal stage, and still choose the best fighter as leader. This choice leads to violence and is clearly not a proper way to choose for humans.
Next the people directed their attention when choosing the leader to the Superior level of men, and made elections to find the best from the Superior level, noted with Y sup. But still there were problems. If the Y sup didn’t made big money, he was ridiculed by the society so he tends to be unhappy, and if he made big money he is often charged and judged by the law. Either way the leader ended unhappy, which clearly is a frustrating way for a subject from the Superior level, Y sup.
Therefore this book comes to help the Superior level to find its path in a complex world, where everything matters.
An example for a leader from Superior level which didn’t made big money is a former president from the European country where I am resident, Mr.
Constantinescu, and as a university professor he is clearly a Y from superior level. People forgot about him very quickly and he wasn’t able to fight the sneaky politicians which attacked him and his level.
If the formula presented in this book would have been used then, a lot of problems would have been avoided.
There are a lot of examples for the other way, when the leader makes big money, and he succeeds to fight the sneaky politicians, but he often has problems with the law and that is painful especially for the Y sup (the Superior level).
So here is the formula, hopefully people will study it, and make things better in the future:
α = Y med , and to be precise:
α = best (Y med)
where best (Y med) means the best Y med subject, = the best man from the Y med level.
The idea is that Y med understands better Y sup and Y inf, being neighbor to each of them, so he is best fitted to lead the group.
To prove the validity of the formula, in the next chapter we will study 25 of the great leaders of the world, for which we have information, and we will see how they approached the problem.
