Lost
Heatwave and Cody were sitting in the firehouse, the others have not returned for a while. “When will the others get back?” Cody asked. Heatwave shrugged. “I don’t know, but hopefully soon,” Heatwave replied. Cody sighed, laying on the couch with Heatwave training on his platform. There have been no emergencies. Griffin Rock was in peace currently. Cody got up and walked up to the garage with Heatwave, suggesting they go for a drive since there was really nothing else to do in the firehouse. “Good idea Cody,” Heatwave said as he transformed into his firetruck mode and opened the door, Cody hopping in. The door closed and Heatwave drove off, Cody and him talking for a bit. Nothing seemed off yet. Of course, Cody still missed his family, but glad he at least had Heatwave to protect him. Cody sighed, laying against the seat. Suddenly, in a flash, Heatwave was gone and Cody found himself in the middle of a forest. It was the middle of the evening, and the sun was setting. “HEATWAVE?!” Cody yelled, looking around, but he found himself in the middle of the forest with no one around. It was creepy and uncomfortable. He was confused on what had happened. Heatwave found himself in the same forest but miles away. Cody was nowhere in sight. Heatwave too, was confused. “What the—“ Heatwave said. “CODY?!” He yelled, looking around the dimming forest.
