Chapter 1: Background Info
There once was a species so unlike the rest that humankind could not even begin to comprehend their origin. This species was thus named Tiera which in the Tieran language meant “mysterious”. The Tiera were a humble race. In their minds all that was needed was food,water, and a good forest. As the human’s started taking over the world they destroyed many of the Tieran’s homes. So the Tiera fled from continent to continent trying to find a suitable home for their families and their royalty. The Tiera had a queen named Arankaia and a king named Carysium. The king and queen had a daughter who has yet to earn her name. The Tiera were trying to find a proper home for the princess to receive her name. As the search continued the Tiera-being deprived of sustenance- began to die and as they died their bodies petrify into statues of mirth and joy. These statues are then taken along with the group of surviving Tierans to their next home. The Tiera were finally fed up of fleeing from their homes so they decided to fight back. The Tiera did not fight with swords or bullets, no they fought with the elements. Surprisingly the princess was the strongest fighter there. The Tieran army did not waste this advantage. After the fire cleared and the earth was put back to rights, the Tiera and humans agreed to let the Tiera live in the south american continent’s great forest in peace. So it came to pass that the king and queen settled their people in what is now called the Amazon forest. Now we begin the tale of the young Tiera princess and her test of tests. If she passes this test she will be the rightful heiress to the throne and will earn her name.
