Chapter 1

She cried in her sleep, Her Unjoyful tears shed on

The pillow. she could only think about the pain he

He had caused her. It was like chains holding her

down from beneath the sea, and she reached from

up above, but her surroundings ignored her. He was

a Leviathan, Only he didn’t come after her, He left her

to drown in her sorrow. She felt betrayed, alone, sad,

And it was all because of him.

He left without a kiss on her head.

He left without saying I Love You.

He left without saying Goodbye.

Her shriveled heart crumpled like paper.

Her frail knees collapsed like Jenga.

Her palms pressed together in Prayer.

Eyes closed. Wishing to take the pain away

that the monster who ended up being her father had caused.
