Chapter 1
Angy
This place was amazing! I had just moved to a new town called Sperowood. I have no idea why I moved from New York. I just had this sudden urge to move somewhere. So, I did the most sensible thing, I threw a dart at a map.
It was a charming town, like, picture perfect. I had just moved to one of the apartment complexes in town and am out exploring.
The best thing about Sperowood was the large forest behind it, my happy place. It was so beautiful, with so many colours, flora and fauna. As I wandered further into the woods I thought about my parents. They had me twenty-one years ago and since then, they hate each other. Well, they hated each other before. I was a cause of an unlikely fling.
I was snapped out of my trance when I tripped on a tree root. When I looked up I saw that I was hopelessly lost. I screamed.
This was so frustrating. I cursed. I started walking.
It must have been at least an hour already since I was lost.
‘Do you know your on private property’? I whipped around.
There was a blonde haired man leaning on a gun. He was smirking.
Bastard.
‘This is private property, I had no idea’ I gushed. He raised an eyebrow. Shit, he was cute. He had the golden boy with blue eyes look down.
I turned and ran. The next thing I know, he has me by my arms.
I watched as more men - all smokin’ hot - came and surrounded us. ‘Let go of me you f*kker’ I basically screeched. All of the guys eyes widened.
Liam
I was training with the guys when we heard someone walking really close to our facilities. I sent Jake out to see who it was.
When we heard a female we dropped everything and ran to see what Jake had done. When we got outside we saw him holding the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. She had Light brown hair that reached her just below her shoulders in small waves, tanned skin and the most amazing eyes I have ever seen. Green.
When she screamed we all froze. One thing for sure she was not from around here.
Everyone new to respect us.
And she, well she didn’t.
I walked over and looked at her properly and my heart actually stopped beating.
Something in my mind screamed one word.
Mate.
