Chapter 1

A young girl was running through the forest. Tripping over her own feet, she was screaming for help, but, in the middle of the dark forest, with only the full moon lighting her way, no one heard her. But that was nothing compared to what was chasing her. Something that was neither man nor beast. It was like something from your worst nightmare, but worse. Blood dripping from the red veins bulging from his eyes, it was at least twice the size of an average man. It had hair bulging from every part of its body, and claws ripping through the trees around it, preparing itself to rip through human flesh. It's teeth gleamed in the darkness, as if it enjoyed torchuring it's prey. It had scars all over itself, cuts and gashes dripping a Jideep, red, blood. It moved ever so silently through the forest, stopping every now and then to scout the surrounding and let it's prey get a little more in front. Whatever this monster was, it was hungry for flesh, and thirsty for blood.

It continued to chase the girl, her bloodcurdling screams echoing throughout the silent forest. And behind her, the bloodthirsty monster, moving ever so silently through the forest and catching up fast.

Finally the monster caught up the little girl. He stood over her tiny figure for a moment, his hulking body overshadowing her own.

A final scream could be heard as the monster raised its knife-like claws and opened its mouth to reveal its razor sharp, gleaming teeth, before a crunching sound echoed through the forest, before it went silent once more, and the monster disappeared back into the shadows.
