It was almost two months of my journey to pilgrimage, i found a placid lake laying under the moonlight .i took a walk near the lake and I fathomed out that I wasn’t alone, she was there …
Sitting on a pile of shingles near the hollow oak that was completely withered, there was mischievous gleam in her eyes that led me to dare talk and gave me vicarious pleasure .
I said “hi”
-nothing just ominous silence filled the area and after a few seconds she smiled seductively at me
I was gobsmacked and I didn’t know how long I had been starring at her .
Murmuring of the wind roused me from her devastating smile
I Took a little water from lake with my hand for her, gingerly she took clandestine peep at it and saw herself.
She lapsed into glum and brought tears to her eyes
-I asked her what happened ?
She breathed not a word and just gave me ingratiating smile
Suddenly she went to the lake, all days and nights I was scrabbling for her and second by second she was getting far away from me
And she whispered “come,come “ to me
Stars descend around the husk like fireflies and light up the lake
She came back to me with splendid smile on her lips
Suddenly I figured out a school of gold fish which were surrounded by her ,made her like mermaid
No pirates
No sirens
There were just me and her and the bottle of note that contained 3 words
I love you
I woke up in my dingy room and found myself with cold malicious sweat on my face, Oh my God all of that was a dream! but I fell in love with her and wanted to spend rest of my life with her.
Every room I went, there was eloquent reminder her resplendent smile that always she had.
In ungodly hours of night, i found my grand father’s old firearm in my hands, Unexpectedly dropped it off.
And I heard something “come,come” “come,come with me”
