Reno's younger brother part I
Fingers impatiently tapped on pale skin, a black lightly clacked against the cold metal floor of the helicopter. Teal eyes wandered over to the window that stretched from the helicopter door all the way to the back of the flying bird. Making it visible to see the large dark dystopian city that looked almost peaceful with light rain pelting against the city blocks.
A loud annoyed sighed emmitted from a ghostly white throat as young man in his late twenties leaned against the passengers chair. He was waiting for a certain to make an appearance. Someone who is known to be either unreasonably early or fashionbly late. Today was the latter.
Taking his weight off the seat, he decided to go look for his other partner. Today's an important assignment if they somehow managed to screw this by showing up not on time- the two would not see the light of day.
"Where are you going?" A deep voice sounded from next to the man. It was the piolet. Also his first and usually only partner. But unusual circumstances called for a second.
He gave the bald man an increcdilous look. His voice taking on a much deeper tone than normal. "Where do you think?" He practically spat the words out. "I am going to find my damned brother..." Muttering out the last part, light footsteps echoed against the floorboard making haste to quickly search for the young red head.
Luckily it only took ten minutes of searching three different rooms until a loud annoyed voice sounded down the hall of the hanger.
"I told you. I am not going to be on a mission with... Her!!!" Crossing over his arms over his chest, a twenty-one year old red head had narrowed his light teal eyes into slits. His harsh gaze boring into a figure who stood still.
A stoic expression written all over the Asian who was across from his underling. "You need to learn to coorperate with all your teammates. As it stands your lack of personal skills is getting us farther behind our goal." His voice came across calm, professional and somewhat emotionless. One would think he only meant it as a suggestion. A friendly reminder of sorts.
"Elena is one of our best and crucial to this part of the mission. Remember you are only here because of your prediciment."
Clearly it is not.
Heavy silence filled the room as the defiant male dared not to speak. For what his boss said was true. Skills may have landed him a spot amongst the Turks- but that doesn't necessarily mean thier needed.
Before Elena- the only woman in the room at the time could break this unbearable silence, hurried steps caught everyone's attention. In a matter of seconds the door opened to reveal the other red head of the group. Steel cold orbs locked with ones of smiliar color. "There you are." He stated flatly. "I've been looking for you. Come. We have a mission to take care of."
A mission...? Eyes widened in sudden realization. Oh no... I totally forgot. Dammit!!!
"Tseng." The man standing in the doorway said. "I'm taking this one with me. We have an important mission today. So whatever the hell's been going on here can wait." A familiar fluid motion of a strong hand his sent his brother flying over to his side, a mocking smirk etched it's way to two strikingly similar faces.
Tseng had no time or room to put a word in edgewise, as two fingers forming peace sign morphed into an too familiar signal. One that said, 'see ya! I ain't talking about this later!'
A swift kick caused the door to slam shut. A long suffering sigh escaped from tanned lips. "I knew this was going to happen..."
"S-Sir?" Elena's concerned voice finally spoke up after about half an hour of being quiet.
"Don't worry about it." Tseng replied keeping his montone voice from breaking. He tried to hide a rare smirk. One know one has been graced to see, except for one. And he had just left with his hot headed head strong brother. His dark eyes soon narrowed. I'm going to have to try much harder next time. If I am going to be able to get close enough to get to the Ancient.
"Hmmm... This is proving to be quite tough..."
Meanwhile near a dumbapple tree orchid in Banora
Two flame haired Turks made thier way to the destined location. Longs legs carried them to a hill where a lone tree loomed. Purple fruit hanging beautifully amongst crooked tree branches. A shadow lurked underneath. Blue eyes zoning in on it's targets.
Two sets of feet paused right in front of the lone twisted leaved oak. A gentel breeze settled between three figures. The two Turks out in the open. Bright rays of sun relflecting off red strands. Teal eyes shining bright with a mixed emotion of amusement and seriousness. With the other took to hiding themselves underneath wide bushy branches of the large oakwood. Staying perfectly out sight- for the most part. Cerulean eyes shone through most of the shadowy comfort given to them by the tree.
"Your late."
