PROLOGUE

"So this is all?"

We both were silent. The judge tried reading our faces for a final judgement. Maybe he too, like everyone in our family was hoping for some miracle. I saw my mother weeping at the sight, while his father was walking outside. He was probably hoping for us to continue. Continue? Maybe with a broken soul with no love that remains.

"Yeah" he said breaking my trance for a while.

"Mrs. Nandini Chauhan...do you have anything to receive from your husband Arjun Chauhan?" He asked.

I wish I could say love, but I decided against my heart letting my brain win.

"No"

He nodded and finding no chance for us to cope this up, he sealed it with a stamp which read, "DIVORCED"!!!

bushbaby: I love the slightly different spin on the were-world and I love love love reading Jaspers story splashed in-between. I honestly did not love Dev, he had no character growth and no arc I just didnt like who he is as a person and that made it hard to keep going about half way through. Without Jaspers ...

NN: It got me from chapter 1. I’m sad it ended, but I loved the whole story. It was very emotional to read parts of it, and the dynamics, characters, and plot twists were amazing. I’d like to have an epilogue... 10years from now. What happened to Dewey? Even Jordan hahahaha

PARIS IN THE DARK

Hester: Very good, was short too the point , not lingering on the abuse, pity you didn’t let him step in earlier knowing the abuse was happening, but this is almost real for some women who have gone through it, just wish they could all have a princess at te end of thete tunnel
