Roller coaster of emotions
"I have not been able to put this book down from beginning to end. As the chapters progress, my heart races, and all too often I find myself crying for Toby. I thought I knew where the story was heading, and then in steps Aegis and suddenly I have hope this won't end up as a tragedy with the lead going to an abuser...then again, maybe this is second lead syndrome? Who knows...all I know is I am thrilled to be reading and savoring every chapter. "

"This is literally a rollercoaster ride of trouble, love, trouble, lies, and pain. It's equally great and leaves you feeling different in a way. I can't really explain the feeling that arises when I read this story but all I know is that I can't help but read it, no matter what ends up happening. Throughout the entire story I wished repeatedly for something positive and forever stays positive to happen to dear Toby, because his entire life was really fucked up!!
