True interpretation of life

"This book was truly moving as it shows the complexity of life. I can tell the writer researched the subject of the book well. The book is fiction but shows factual elements of addiction. The heartbreaking end to mara’s life is common for an addict no matter how many resources are around them. This book painted a picture and kept me engaged throughout. I look forward to more writing from this author as she doesn’t sugarcoat the trials of life."

A Deeply Moving Story

"The novel Stones Thrown is a powerful story about the challenges people with addictions face. The characters in this novel are so real that you will be transported into their world. Reading this story made me feel more compassionate for people living with addiction and on the fringes of society. It also portrays how these vulnerable members of society are so challenged to make changes in their lives. I appreciated the author’s raw and authentic portrayal of the main character in the story. This is beautifully and powerfully written novel."

A Must Read

"I couldn't put this book down, I read the entire novel in one sitting. It is raw and descriptive and heartbreaking. I found myself feeling all the emotions someone would feel in real life for this character. I cried and I yelled at the pages and I was totally rooting for the main character. This book will leave you breathless at times, but within all that darkness there is still a picture of hope for those who suffer through addiction and trafficking in real life. It makes you want to get involved. I haven't read a book like this in years, one that made me want to get off my couch and do something. Everyone needs to read this book!"

Raw and intense

"The author brings to the forefront the struggles and the dark reasonings behind why people end up lost in drug addiction. It's been awhile since an author was able to bring me to tears with just a few paragraphs. I read the entire book in one day as I could not put it down but I'm very glad I took the time to do so. Highly recommended read and one I want to add to my collection"

Paints A Picture

"Th author does a great job of putting you in the moment. You can smell feel and see the scene thats painted out. The pain and memories of the Character you can feel. Much detail is given which allows you to see every aspect. In some cases a little less detail may be good for letting the readers input some of their imagination. Great story and well written overall"
